Yeah I do think this brand new company needs to send gear to one of these very not anonymous people at all. It's a great way to get information about the product out to people (on this forum) that believe it or not spend anywhere from 0-300 000$+ on gear.

Another point is Phil's terms are very transparent and fair to all companies he's worked with. If he likes the gear he pays for it, if not he ships it back. Either way a fair and honest review is given.

Given that your brand new account had an easy time finding this thread for your first posts, maybe you know/represent these miracle workers. Care to shed any real facts to help refute the "scam" tag this currently has.

Guys nobody is so stupid to post a video with him so everybody see them and then take peoples money without  delivering. I think they are real but are complete idiots regarding marketing.
Also i think they are arrogant but i have seen very clever people who are arrogant too but this does not mean they are bad.
And here you people claim you have  found a scam - this is pathetic - they dont hide that they are from Bulgaria and they have lingerie business /which is really operating for 20 years/ and nowhere they claim they are from Switzerland - again stupid marketing from their side.
BTW Bulgarians are very good at maths and informatics - so i will not be surprised if the miner is real. Also they offer miner collocation in Sofia- why would they do this? I doubt they can steal tons of old miners and hide somewhere. Another thing - they seems to ship only in EU - if they were scammers - why would they do this - they would say worldwide shipping so they can take more money they even ask for your VAT number.
One thing is sure if they are scammers they will have to be very good at hiding because their real names are known and you can see their faces on the video.

But  if they want to sell sell sell they should send one to him he will demo it and it will sell sell sell if it is real.

We have zero to prove

Till then don't buy it.

With all my due respect - do you really think they need a review from some anonymous guy from internet forum to sell their miner if it is real?
I read you comment under their video - if i am in their shoes i will also not send you a miner. You see- they have a real address and they show their faces on video /their English is bad i agree/
on the other side you show them your username from the forum and you want a miner - of course you will not get one.

Their scam has so many holes in it they should call it a Swiss Cheese miner...
Considering the last REAL Swiss miner made was from Bitmine.ch in 2014 with their disastrous Coincraft A1 miners, definitely not a good name for them.

... I was explained, that only a test unit is working, but not in their office ,but in some data center. And when i wanted to visit  the data center or to get some demo access to the system, they said it is all restricted and confidential.

Oh, what a surprise Tongue

... It's most likely that the "office" is going to be closed or somehow just that exact day the model miner is displayed somewhere else Wink

Classic excuse, we are delivering if you order 300+ but we only have one piece hidden in a data center in some tanga.

Hello,
I am from BG.
I spoke with them. Pure scammers!!!

They are from city of Stara Zagora. I wanted to visit their office and see one of the miners working. I was explained, that only a test unit is working, but not in their office, but in some data center. And when i wanted to visit  the data center or to get some demo access to the system, they said it is all restricted and confidential.

Hi, guys I am from Bulgaria , I will call and research these swissminers,if they  are scammers or not, as of now the company is real it appears in brra.bg , old company with activity and all tax papers published on the website of the Bulgarian brra.bg, which does not mean that they can not scam , but at least they post their whereabouts. I Will check and update you asap. But guys ,please advise what I should look for more except that I can meet them and I can ask other miners here if they know them, also what kind of proof should I ask , because if their miner is the same as the Asicminer company how this can be confirmed in practice that it works?

Hi all,

My previous account was "limitless386", but I got a ban... Thanks bitcointalk moderators.....
I will now share some more information about why this is a scam, in the hope that this time I will not be banned....
If you look at the video and the photos, you will notice that there is no pool inserted. This miner only works with a vendor-owned pool. I hope this is enough for you and you can make your own conclusions that it is a scam.

P.S. I'm from Bulgaria and I've already researched these scammers.

Maybe your next one should be limitlessPentium Smiley

But yes you're absolutely right. Just like Asicminer. And they even go as far as saying they pay you every 24 hours or a few days depending on the country you live in !!!
Hahahahaha ... amateur hour at its best !!!

I would be surprised if they don't have an actual address and an office, after all, they do produce and sell something, even if it's lingerie and I tend to believe that part of their business is legit.

As for visiting them, it's a waste of time, if at least there were highways in the region I could have asked a guy I know that lives in Varna with who I did exchange some coins while on holiday at the black sea and kept in touch over the years, but I'm not even going to propose him to drive 8-9 hours for ..what? It's most likely that the "office" is going to be closed or somehow just that exact day the model miner is displayed somewhere else Wink

You are most probably right. I mean anyone with such a miner which outperforms both Inno and Ebit they would be proud to show the chips they used. Other than power consumption and hashing speed, they don't even say how many chips they used, if their chips are 10nm, 7nm ... nothing.
It would have been nice to have such a miner for most of us who have more than 5cents/KWh power cost and I guess that's what they are trying to take advantage of.

@ SwissMiner.Tech: All that should need to be said is The Prove You are Real Mantra:

a. Do the Tradeshow route to get (legit) press coverage to show the general public you at least built something. As in pictures of it hooked up and running at the shows. There are several large Crypto-coin/Bitcoin trade shows/conventions held each year all around the world. Attend a few and prove yourselves.

b. Start an official thread here for announcements and LEGIT press coverage links -- NOT links to what are really unverified ads on Pay-for-Placement 'news' sites.

c. Solicit very-well known reputable users here to do a review of it. There are several here with recent reviews of new gear from an unknown company. A good example is Haggsfin's review of the Whatsminer M3.

The usual conditions: Either contact them or if the reviewer contacts them 1st, then either send it to them gratis or an escrowed pay-for before sending. The reviewer then does an unbiased yay/nay/meh review of it with pictures, screenshots, reported hash rates both on the miner GUI and at a pool that allows looking at the worker in action. Power measurements of course required and preferably db level as well. After a week or 2 of testing the reviewer will then either return it (and if escrow was used, the payment is returned) or, if they really like it - pay for the one they were sent.

Until the above happens - you shall forever remain Vaporware and probable scam.
YouTube vids by unknown people and taken at unknown times are mostly useless. Vids by folks here with excellent Trust and high-rank -- far better and trustworthy.

Very simple to do and in all countries I am aware of the cost of a miner maker doing this should be part of their Marketing budget. In other words, the demo machines are a tax write-off.

come on guys, that is obvious scam

I don't know the response below was pretty convincing, all caps, buy 200 miners.

I wonder the look on someones face arriving at that airport and not being picked up. Huh  Do I still get my travel refunded?

Or worse yet being picked up, then given the hard sell on anything of value you have or can access.

IF OUR HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE WORK IN THE WAY WHAT WE OFFER, BEING A MANS AND CLOUSE YOUR ACCOUNTS HERE.

For this Bizarro world.

Great strategy so far, but I'll keep my account intact, you go make millions off this hardware. Then feel free to come here and rub my nose in it.

Until then I'll go with "put up or shut up" - sick of all these fakebox hardware illusionists coming here and fighting to pass of their scams.
