Invest some of the money in top-level ISO. Break the rest of the money on top coins. Minimize in this way your risks. Before choosing companies, study the market well.
I think that to a point, the bitcoin won't be dead to be on this point ! +-500$ and in about a year there will be a price increase so you need to be very careful and buy parts . And then buy altcoins.
You need to invest in NEO, you can safely take 70-80% of the total weight of the investment portfolio, and the remaining 20% can take EOS.

well 50000 usd is a very good amount to invest now. i would invest in wanchain, ethereum, neo and bitcoin dividing the many to 4 equal pieces. and i am sure you will make a very good profit in a few months.

Man Everytime looks like a good time to invest when the market dips below but the problem is I am not sure when to cash out and I keep suffering loses.
Bitcoin and Ethereum is best to invest $50000.If you invest in bitcoin you will get a lot of profit in the short term.The price of bitcoin currently declines to $7367.So it's best to invest now. I think the price of bitcoin this month will reach $10000.

I'm already in Crypto since march 2017 and made a decent amount of money to pay off my bills and some holidays.
I had a situation in my family few months ago where I received a lot of money from my dead granma.
I would like to chose ONE crypto and go "all in" with around 50k usd.
My goal is 1 year HODL and then withdraw most of it for an house or something like that.
Doing my own research I found ICON (ICX) as possible 10-20x cryptocurrency in this given timeframe.
PS: Please do not suggest unknown or shitcoins. (I know those may make a good money but I am not confident on putting so much money in these).

Better apportion some of the money to be invested in bonds issued by companies with zero default risk or could also be invested in shares announced by good companies that can grow in terms of value with time. The diverse portfolio is better way to keep the risk away in the crypto market.

$ 50,000 is a very large amount, you must be smart to choose an altcoin that has the potential to be used as a purchase because you have to add profits not losses. so your capital is suitable for investment as a large investment.
Bitcoin again failed to sustain its momentum of price pump and may test 6k support again . I think if you are going with huge investment then you can wait a little more , below 6k entry will be nice for long run . market is not stable in any direction and alts are more in loss .

I would in your place buy more Ethereum and Bitcoin coins, since these tokens should make up most of your crypto currency portfolio. And I would also remove the last 2 altcoins from your list.
