best idea is follow some icos and see if you can take part ico bring more profit in return but you will have to watch that closely too
This is a very huge amount to invest in crypto. So, Keep aside at least $40,000 in- Fiat and distribute rest $7,000 in good cryptocurrency. And, another $3000 invest in ICOs basically in gaming coin.

That's a big amount to make an investment. I could suggest to diversify the investment on different altcoins, bitcoin and upon ico's. So, it is possible to withstand all sort of market scenario. If the entire amount is invested upon a particular asset if something takes place in the negative manner than predicted loss will be big.

I'm already in Crypto since march 2017 and made a decent amount of money to pay off my bills and some holidays.
I had a situation in my family few months ago where I received a lot of money from my dead granma.
I would like to chose ONE crypto and go "all in" with around 50k usd.
My goal is 1 year HODL and then withdraw most of it for an house or something like that.
Doing my own research I found ICON (ICX) as possible 10-20x cryptocurrency in this given timeframe.
PS: Please do not suggest unknown or shitcoins. (I know those may make a good money but I am not confident on putting so much money in these).

Your portfolio has pretty much all the altcoins and many different ICO projects, it will make you very difficult to control. I recommend reducing the number of altcoins in your portfolio. You should only invest in 3-4 altcoins for easy control. In addition, ICO projects need to be carefully analyzed before investing. But hopefully luck will come to you. You need to invest in NEO, you can safely take 70-80% of the total weight of the investment portfolio, and the remaining 20% can take EOS.
I think all your coins of your choice are very precise. Because you are investing in coins that have good prospects for now or the future. You can hold it in the long run and I'm sure you'll get multiple benefits.

My opinion and suggestion is only 1 crypto currency which is ethereum, I don't think if this suitable for you but i highly suggest to put all your money to this crypto currency.

I did not see in this list the EOS. In my opinion will give x constantly on the extent of 2k18 and 2k19. And it will, I hope, in the price range as on the etherium)))
You can divide for some coins as it's a normal for any funds. More in the solid like BTC ETH ETC, other in the high risk investment. Coins and ICO's after good research. Without research it can be more risky. Some projects looks bright but have nothing

The capital is quite high, I think you buy into BTC, this is extremely potential coin, if you hold them will never fear losses. The market is always up and down, you just patience, you will be profitable.
In my honest opinion it is a good moment to invest as soon you can because the market has plumbed.
If i had this amount of money I would try to start invest in some important ICO´s and after this buy some hopefull cryptocoins like Eth , IOTA,VEN,Neo,and Zil.

If investing in ICO is quite risky for you, invest in ETH or BTC, these are two extremely potent coins, and they can make you high profit in the future.

Good to invest now in different coins as market has just started to bounce back and also different altcoins has fallen badly and thus you can easily get majorly all coins at like 50 - 60% discounted rates and thus buy now and enjoy later the benefits of it.
You should be extremely careful before investing in with $50000. Although the prices are very suitable for buying some coins now, I think making detailed researches about the coins and not to hurry would be very beneficial.
The market is not stable now. Weigh all pros and cons and decide if you are ready to take this great risks. If no buy better some real estate.
