You can invest in stellar lumens, ripple, cardano and neo. If i were you i would invest in some ico in too. I can recommend kamagames project, they are a well known social casino with working product. Their revenue is 57.5 mil usd in 2017. Their presale started recently.

I suggest you to diversify your portfolion don't go all in in a certain coin in order for you to have a greater chances of winning. Cheap coins with great projects are my recommended prospect for you in order to have a higher winning rate.
I still think that STRAT is the best coin for investing at the moment. Its price is about 1.5 dollars and can grow up to 100 dollars
Put your 600 dollar to savedroid and split it with bittwatt and depository network to assure your earnings in next few years.
It is always a good practice in Cryptocurrency activities especially when it comes to buying altcoin to always select altcoin within first ten to twenty listed on coinmarketcap. The capitalization and volume of altcoin I'd first thing to consider!

No. I don't believe in any of them. There are many altcoins available. I would suggest you to do your own reserach before investing on altcoin. Look for a Altcoin with good idea and low circulation supply. Check if they have MVP and analyze the idea behind the project. Only then invest. NPXS, Ncash and BBOS are good. Check.

I guess you dont read what the OP said because he/she clearly said I want to invest in altcoin no bitcoin, no Ethereum and no neo which mean the OP wanted to try fresh project that just hit the crypto currency market.

I would buy BNB and NEO tokens in your place, these are the most promising coins that bring profit in any conditions.
The market is not that good right now.
