Head over to our loomio group. To see our latest dividends spreadsheet. Here's a quick summary, we've placed 3.86 XBT to dividends which comes out to 6043 Satoshis per share and leaves 63805 Satoshis for the next dividend. Shareholders with 170 or more shares will receive .01XBT or higher and will be guaranteed to receive their dividends upon div payments. Smaller shareholders did not meet our payout threshold. We will try to place your dividend payment into our payout but do not expect it.
If you haven't placed your BTCT Public Address onto BTCT as of today your potential dividends have gone to the reinvestment fund. Go on to BTCT.CO and set it before the exchange closes down.

Short term, it'll be operating privately without a listing at an exchange. Dividends will be distributed to the address on file with BTCT, meanwhile RSM is looking for a distributed exchange service (colored coin or similar) that can survive without reliance upon a centralized exchange.

Any news about what will happen to the shares after the closure of BTC-TC?

You'd have to ask Tradefortress to be sure. But based on what I see on my own inputs.io wallet I'd say no.
We can confirm that the following wallets let you sign messages:
Blockchain.info,
Satoshi (Bitcoinqt)
Amoury
Multi-Bit
Electrum (Although seems to be a command line thing).

Inputs.io seem to have the ability to sign messages. Can someone confirm if it is ok?

No real news from KNC, just plenty of fervor and speculation in the thread (it's 650+ pages long). As of the last official KNC posts, the schedule is tight but KNC didn't see any reason why they couldn't meet their deadline.

Bitcoinorama is flying out to Stockholm tomorrow so I'm hoping that we get a video of a working prototype over the weekend and units start shipping next week.

Do you have more info on the 0.008-0.010 BTC buyback for small shareholders? Sounds like a very high number to me.

Please remember to set your BTCT.CO public withdraw address. Please also be sure it's an address that you have the capability to sign messages from (a.k.a. not a shared wallet like Coinbase or an exchange address). Blockchain, the Satoshi client (bitcoinqt), Amory, MultiBit, Electrum and others have the ability to sign messages. Please be sure to backup whatever wallet you plan on using to a secure place.

If you do not have a public withdraw address your dividends will go into the re-investment fund until you set one up (which will have to be done by email after BTCT.CO closes).
