We all know that personalized advertising, depending on the comsumers interests, is way more effective than non personalized advertising, but there is still room for refinements.
Google or Facebook for example probably know more about some people than their friends or relatives and so they are able to provide very targeted advertising.
The problem with that, beside sharing all your data and not getting any compensation for it, is that as long as they are showing you advertising while you are doing something completely different, it is still passive advertising, which tries to distract you from whatever you were abou to do.
VANM wants to step in here, advertising on-demand on a local level, only collecting data you want to share and you are rewarded for, mixed with a intuitive UI and social media aspects to make advertising something you are happy to consume instead of annoying distraction.
