I think books on learning something like trading doesn't feel like it requires a book these days. Just like design or coding, trading is no longer on books, sure there are books about it and a million of them but trading is something that changes very fast and there are a million stuff online for free that you can learn from.

I am not saying do not read books in general or books are useless or anything, you should still read books for fun and to educate yourself and become a better human. However not for trading, I would say go online and check out what you can learn from online courses and they will actually teach you better than what you can learn from books. Plus when studying online you can ask questions, you can't ask questions to books which is why they are subpar when you are trying to learn something.

It is very good to learn to trade by reading some disguised books in this field, but we also need to learn practical and do experiments so that we can get a great experience and for me I have not used any book to learn this field

Recently i´ve got a indication of a book: Encyclopedia of chart patterns (second edition). This book is realy good, but it has many pages (1033). The book was initially designed for the Stock Market, but you can still use the book to trade with bitcoin. The book is available on Amazon and on the internet (pdf for free). I particularly downloaded the pdf but I intend to buy the book soon. I recommend an intermediate-advanced level of English and a certain experience in trade to understand the book well.

It was a really good book and I also learned a lot from it. After reading, you should try reading "The new trading for a living" by Dr. Alexander Elder. in it you will read about typical examples of traders who are psychologically unstable. The book focuses on trading psychology and that is the key for you to succeed in the future. Trading psychology really needs to be read and tempered, hopefully you will soon succeed in the profession of traders.

I think in this modern times, it is not really about books but various other ways through which we can learn from. I believe we can learn from YouTube or Webinars. I work with FreshForex, where I regularly participate on webinars and they also have educational setup to help.
This will work for some people.
But some people are much comfortable reading with books compare to eBooks or watching videos.
Even for me, I am much comfortable watching videos than reading books. Since most of my trading knowledges are from articles on the internet or using youtube videos, and I got lot of learnings even watching videos on Youtube about trading.

Don't know about that specific book you are referring to, but I am yet to find a better book than "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" by John Murphy, this book came out in 1997 and even though it's quite old it still works in both forex and crypto markets and more importantly it's one of the few books that is easy to understand even for people with absolutely no knowledge of technical analysis.

doesnt matter if its new or old but the point is forex market is different from crypto but you said this book can still be applied on crypto ? why just because we are still trading here in crypto same as forex ?

people that dont have a knowledge on technical analysis wont understand a book like that easily  because trading is not easy but except maybe if the person is genius or have a high i.q  , he can adapt things faster thsn a normal individual

Books are very good resources to learn something. It is absolutely necessary to read books in order to obtain information especially in a wide and detailed area such as the economy. Even though I have not read the book you mentioned before, I want to say that, despite everything, books are not enough alone. It is also very important to translate the information obtained by reading books into practice by practicing.  For this reason, when you read such beautiful books, I recommend you to practice the information contained in these books and to increase your experience in this way.

OP should realize that trading is more of an experience thing than reading books. You gain knowledge by books but mastery of your emotions by experience. It really doesn't matter if the books you read are on TA or profit taking, once you don't have practical experience your emotions will mess the whole thing up for you. Get to demo trade (even this has its limitation) while reading to test the reality on ground.

The books that are focused on technical analysis are good, but the books of the great speculators in the market are excellent because they help you understand the market. Honestly, before doing any technical analysis, I recommend that you read books by Jesse Livermore and Wyckoff, any of them will teach you how to think and how to try to understand the market movements.

Incidentally the book about trading that you recommend, I have read it, the contents are pretty good. Provide some information
important about trading, but now everything is digital. Including learning to trade now reading books is not popular. I have also
started to move from reading a book, to watching a video. Especially the videos on YouTube platforms are very good for looking
for information about trading.

The book is really quite interesting, but you need to use the rest of the resources.

There are Ebooks that you can use in order to learn how to trade.

New Ebooks are there once you search it in a Google Search Bar because some of us are very techie when it comes to reading books. Willingness is what you need in order to grow in trading, no matter what platform you use, if the willingness is in you then you will probably become a successful trader someday.
Well, that is right that Ebooks, for now, are very common and the physical paper book has been left behind. I don't understand why there are some people always wanted to buy a book, --despite there are too many varieties of Ebooks that you can choose. After you will be reading a book, perhaps it is occasionally you use but commonly after reading you will keep it somewhere else.
In learning in trading for me, books are not capable enough for me to get idea and knowledge. Watching actual videos on youtube and reading updated news on internet, everything on internet can do learning aside from the book, which book that perhaps there is possible of outdated content.

Books are little bit or even outdated but when it comes to basics then they are still relevant to use thats why there are still people who do seek of for these books even nowadays.

Yes, everything can be found in the net with just a simple line of search text about on the thing youve been looking for. Some might be paid ones but majority are just free.

It would just depend on how you to learn from those info and the time and effort would be spent out on learning things.

Gaining knowledge about trade is crucial to trading efficiently and profitably. In addition to acquiring verbal knowledge, a trader needs to have practical trading experience. A variety of books and paragraphs provide necessary information for gaining business knowledge in real-life trading. Which helps to trade in real-life trading and make it successful by reducing risk. There are a lot of online-based books nowadays that are written about trading and they give a comprehensive idea about different aspects of trading. These are used on the basis of other trade strategies and types. When it comes to trade, I follow Twenty-One Candlesticks and two online-based books on the Trading Bible. There are many types of online-based books that can be used to suit your needs.

Reading books is far better we will usually gain knowledge after books but repeatedly there are many differences between books and reality. Therefore, additionally to reading books so as to realize a basic idea one has got to analyze the surface world and examine the markets well.

Based on my experience, I learned trading just by seeking some advice to those professional and learn the basic fundamentals in trading and the market. Always remember that platforms have differences but that's not a hindrance for you to help yourself become an effective trader in the future.

Most of the trading books that I have read is all about stock market, it is hard to find a book that is all about cryptocurrency. Anyway, the information in the books about stock market is also applicable in cryptocurrency market. There are trading strategies that I learned in stock market that I keep using even if I trade bitcoin. For those who want to buy and read books I prefer you the books of Minervini which is trade like a stock market wizard.

It's rare to find a book about trading crypto, that's why we wrote one. Hope this helps Smiley
^ It looks interesting though I can't see the whole content of what you have written, the title gets my interest. "From Zero to Lambo".
People now are most likely to prefer e-book than the printed book. Because e-book is easy to purchase on the internet but the print book you need to wait a few days for the delivery. If you really want to purchase, visit on amazon there are various crypto trading e-books there that probably you will learn how to trade and also strategy in trading how to make passive income.
I had here a list that probably you can choose which better e-book among them, https://bookauthority.org/books/new-cryptocurrency-trading-ebooks.

Instead of this one can quickly go through modules provided by different broker companies. Trading at crypto and commodity is not much a difference, only one is very volatile other is sophisticated with world dependency. However trading platforms, API's everything goes into the same bucket. I would suggest you to go through quick modules presented by such companies and apply that knowledge here. It's pretty smooth and you can understand the language of trade in no time. Those modules are specifically designed such that any beginner can learn it and any experienced person can regain training on their trading methods. The books are good, but they are not upgraded as the trends are changing however online modules does have upgrades and new experiences added all the time.

Books are good for increasing knowledge if we want to read them, I like reading books, but now that online learning how to trade can be found when we type keywords, I learn how to trade by reading the experiences of traders and their strategies online. This also added to my knowledge and I applied it.
Reading books is entertaining and useful because it will also help you enhance your understanding but with the use of technology everything is much convenient which means you can easily get a copy of a book by a simple search. Learning online is less hassle but you can't literally assure that every content that you will be seeing is legit. Just like you, i'm also into books because its fun especially during your leisure time. Learning from the experiences of others can also be beneficial because you can be aware of the possible problems or challenges that you may encounter as you continue your trading journey. Their story will guide you like on avoiding doing the same mistake because they will make you realize how hard it is to overcome such problems. Anyway, i'll look forward reading this book because I know it will enlighten me about various of things about trading.

Reading books is good only if you know what you are reading! You don't give hard literature to kids just because they know how to read... If anyone wishes to learn about trading he can use books as help, but first open an account, deposit some money, and when you read you need to know what you are reading about, you need to understand those words you read.
Now if you like reading books you can do it, if you like to watch video tutorials you can do it too... reading others and their experience, good and bad, can be helpful too, it can help you to avoid making some mistakes, or to realize some good things you didn't know about before.
