you have to select a pool to mine the coin in (hint hint - see my signature) - join the pool, create a worker in the pool and then get the stratum connection information from the pool and start mining.

1. Ensure 'redoakcoin.conf' is *.conf not "*.txt.conf"
2. Ensure WindowsDefender has 'Allowed' Redoakcoin-Qt.exe for either "Public" or "Private" Networks
3. Check Norton Antivirus If You Are Using (Allow App Through Norton-AV)
4. See If Your Router Is Blocking Connections
    4b. In Browser: 192.168.1.1
    4c. Login | Google: "Your Router's Name" + " Default Password" To find your Brand Default PW
    4d. Find PortForwarding
    4e. Add Instance For ROC on Port 7266 (Internal && External) + Your Local IP Address (192.168.1.*)
        4e1. Right Click WiFi Symbol In SysTray (Bottom Right) > Connection Info > Click Network Name (Top Right) Details > Locate 192.168.1.* Local IPv4 Address
    4f. Save
5. Don't Forget, Every Time You Save 'redoakcoin.conf' You Must Fully Close RedOakCoin-Core and Re-Open

POD is free at least from @cryptoasian http://cryptoasian.com/proof-of-developer-faq/ I know there are some pay services that are offering it as well but I would just do the free one he offers.

Thanks, I looked into PoD. We are just a little back logged. We have personal Funds to cover PoD, but I did want to handle a few other things first. Good call though.

It sucks but POD is what people expect now. I think even a lot of the exchanges will be soon requiring it in some shape or form.
 So far coin is great. Fast transfer and fair POW.

As far as the recent pool attacks, I will, in several hours be communicating directly with my team and the pool Operators for their full IP Logs during the attack. We will not tolerate Denial Of Service. No class.

How many connections do you have on your wallet? What nodes? (Paste the output of getpeerinfo if you can.) I'm only showing one, even with adding the two nodes in the OP. The only node I currently see connected is: 24.188.168.87:7266

Any plans for POD (proof of developer) Also what is the immediate roadmap? (ie dates ETA for explorer,mobile wallets, options)

What Happened to the dark-tech pool? Whens it back online?
