If you want small amount of fees, try to look for decentralized exchange. I want to say that idex is a good exchange when it comes in withdrawal and deposit fees since it deduct a small amount of charges only. However, there are many traders in centralized exchange. Therefore, if you just want to buy coins for a long term, look at dex but if you want to be a day trader look at binance platform.

They don`t support all the countries, from September US residents will not be able to use Binance too. They have some rules, they need to
follow rules, and many of us now can`t use Binance.
Maybe one day that will change, but until that happen I will need find some alternatives, can you suggest some other good exchange? That has

I don't think the point is that, binance does not prohibit US users from using their platform, only binance will provide a special platform developed under binance for US citizens in accordance with US government regulations.
The second exchange option besides binance in my opinion is KuCoin or OKEx, I think these two exchanges have not much different from binance.

Basically all the exchanges I think have the same withdrawal fee, you only need to find a coin that has the cheapest fee. Usually XLM, XRP, ETC or DOGE can also. The coin coin has the cheapest fee compared to ETH, BTC and so on. And if you want to trade, you don't need to overly issue the fee. It's all are same, you have to choose the best one.
You are using pravobly fair for an exchange, why? you think you are gambling when you are trading?

The most important thing is that you use a legally licensed business, preferably in your country. If you choose otherwise then you have absolutely no recourse if the exchange robs you or just screws up and loses your money.

Maybe you meant online gambling site? I've never seen anyone before saying provably fair, when it comes to trading. If you mean trading sites, I can recommend Binance and Kucoin for example, i've been using their services for a long time, they are very legitimate. When it comes to lowest fees there is CoinDeal, which has just entered US market, and they are releasing their own token - staking it will allow you to lower your transaction fees, so it's a great chance for their upcoming users
These token are great option, it might be useful over time by lower trading fees, vote for new coins, use CDL to trade on multiple markets. Especially it is good option for beginners who want to start investing

I guess you mean provable fair? I don't understand the need for provable for trading on cryptocurrency exchanges though. Is it to guarantee that your orders were filled at the right time or ensure that price wasn't manipulated? Price change happens simultaneously on different exchanges, so provable fair won't be really necessary in this regard .

Most of the exchanges fake their volume and you need to know that, they do it to attract people. Personally I suggest you to use Binance and as you see it was suggested by some members here too. The combination of it's popularity, fees and trust makes it great choice for you. I think fees doesn't matter that much for you unless you trade with millions. It worths to pay some fee and use good exchange than not pay and always be in trouble.

Binance has pretty reasonable fees as long as you're the maker and not the taker (taker is market order), and last time I checked the taker fee is twice that of the maker fee. Most of the volume on Binance is also likely legitimate as it's one of the largest exchanges out there at the moment, and volume is great on basically all pairs on the site.
Provably fair probably doesn't mean what you think it means. Provably fair means it can technically be proven to be fair or not. Exchanges do not have anything they can provide a proof of being fair, hell exchanges don't have anything they have to be fair about neither.
Person A pays 100 bucks to get bitcoin and Person B sells 100 bucks worth of bitcoin, while they switch their positions the exchange takes a cut from them and keeps doing it for every single trade which makes them a ton of money, what is there to be fair about in this situation? If you mean less trading fee or withdrawal fee and all that then you can consider it cheap but not fair, fair is totally different thing.
I also would love to find something that would make exchanges provably fair that way we can know which one is the most fair one but that doesn't exist.

I guess you are talking about best crypto exchange site to trade which is not what right it word to ask provably fair exchange because is something related to online gambling sites not for the exchange sites like others said.And it depends on the user's experience if someone don't care about the trade in free but they want hai support from the the exchange then they have different opinion about what is the best exchange but there are some traders who don't like to pay high trading fee but can able to wait for the transaction to happen much longer

This is my first time to heard about provably fair trading site. Provably fairness isn't or you can't find it in any of trading site. It's only in gambling sites which you can check your gambl result whether you got cheated or not.Just stay from hitbtc because that site has the biggest withdrawal fee among others

Nothing popping much man, we are all feelings anxious to see another new all-time high of bitcoin so we can make some cool money for investment. As regards your question, I think the only exchange that is still very reliable in that aspect is still Binance, I don't know of other exchanges though because I have not gotten any reason to stop using Binance, and there is noway I will be going round exchanges for the sake of trying to test which one is best. From several people’s review, you will see that Binance still has the highest recommendation and an exchange that we could give best award for the most reliable exchange with very low trading fee. There is this other exchange called Kucoin though, I think this is another great exchange in the making because of the praise I have been hearing people shout of it lately.

I don't know what's your preferred fees range pointing about "lowest fees" and "minimum withdrawal".
We might have different preferences so yours to check it if will meet your criteria.
Disregarding exchanges issues (which varies per user's experience), these exchanges quite have does large volume that surely will meet your expectations: Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex, Coinbase.Pro, Poloniex.
