No doubt the 50 smerits isn't enough that's why I developed a strategy myself after finishing my source merits in less than 3 weeks after I was appointed a source too. That you're made a source to you local board doesn't mean you should go around meriting every post you see, set a daily limit and also set some high standards. There's a reason we all were given 50 merits to start with, you have to prove you're capable of managing the little you have for more to be given. Also try to earn more individual merits and make use of them wisely.
It's too soon to complain, you might be sending the wrong message, learn to manage the little you have if not you might misuse the large allocations when it do come.
I can't hardly disagree to this fact. And yeah, I also thought a way on how should I preserve it for a month. So I might soon disregard finding
JUST GOOD posts and proceed to the better one.

No, he also received 50 smerits via source allocation and it only changes after you have showed some management quality. I'm sure there are some old sources still on the two figure allocations. Don't expect theymos to hand over hundreds of smerits to newly appointed source as they have to prove they can manage it properly by managing the lower amounts first. If you're a christian you can relate to the story of a king giving different servant different talent based on their ability and those who prove they can manage their talents got more.
Though I also thought about this, if theymos has really find us managing our 50sMerits well, then he could have also not give us a chance to have a large pouch, for he might think that 50 sMerits is already enough for us, for we don't find good posts.
Whatever he may think, I will just try to hoard it until I have a large amount of sMerits to give and will just have rely on other Sources who does have a huge amount of sMerits.
In fact, I already have a
list for me to keep track on good posts. I'll just disregard GOOD POSTS for now, and if granted upon request, I will come back to my lists. So I humbly request for the other's help.
I would suggest creating a thread to list good Filipino posts which sources (or other users) could refer to.
