Hi dev, I tried to check my balance on the web wallet (https://abjcoin.org/wallet/) but could not anything. How can I see my balance? I want to move my coins to the new wallet!

Yes our roadmap is divided into four phase in the whitepaper.

if i get you right, you mean a phase is to be done for one quarter. meaning four phases for a year?

I tranfered my abj to the new local wallet... Is this good for the swap? Couldn't find any info about a online wallet

Dev stated earlier in their post on this thread that all coins must be sent to the web wallet in order to be able to participate in the swap.
You can try the web wallet, if you are lucky, you could still send.

wallet page shows nothing now....

How can I participate on the fork then???
its the error I get: Wallet operation failed: Not allowed
Please admin help me I got more then 2223 coins watting on my desktop wallet

A very good idea of the project and the realization is not lame yet. Especially liked the platform is made very high quality. The topic of free payments in which no state participates is relevant for today, especially during the sanctions of the West.
