That's exactly how it is. The 2 weeks does not reset when you have new deposits, the new deposited coins won't stake, the old ones do. Each coin will have its own age.

If I sent out some AC, will it use the newest coin or oldest coin?

What is happening with payout from the multipool at http://ac2.pool.mn/ ? Coins are dirt cheap right now and with so many active exchanges I would have expected some reward for mining on it the past week.

So far the pool has not responded to my emails or given any status updates at all.

I gave it to them in DM. The old block explorer goes up and down, it was put up for us by mullick on a temporary server so we can't be sure that it's constantly up. We are working on two independent block explorers now.

Bittrex had some issues with their AC wallet last night. You might want to check with the exchange directly.
