Those services are paid and we still haven't received enough donations to be able to cover them (a good looking blockchain and richlist would cost around 1 BTC).

However, we're still waiting for reviews from major exchange developers. They may request more changes. Bter/C-Cex already gave the thumbs up, but waiting on Mintpal and Cryptsy devs to get back to us with their reviews and green light.
I'm glad they are carefully reviewing it though, it's a good sign.
If they come back with further change requests, I will have to patch and re-release.
