Tell them that if by 24 hours the money isn't refunded then you will open a scam accusation on btc talk along with solid proofs
That should make them scared if they really want to keep their reputation Wink

Ugh. This is a mess. If I was running Bitmixer then I'd at least try and work with the guy if it's legit. Their service totally depends on inspiring trust in their users. At least tell him why it's not possible to return it other than the fact they simply don't want to. If they receive donations then I'm guessing they have access to the coins to spend them. No way I'd use them if they can't be bothered to address this somehow if the story checks out.

Maybe the spent the coins! Or put them in deep/cold storage. Then they could not access them. But if they did this, they are idiots. No suggestion of how it could be rectified. No attempt of solving this problem. = seems a dishonest company.

I wouldn't say dishonest, unforgiving would be a better word.
First line customer support at Bitmixer won't really be helpful, especially for a matter of 30BTC.

Maybe they are being greedy, but it's hard to be sympathetic to somebody who would do a careless mistake.

If this was a convenience store and a face to face transaction that would not be copastetic, ever.

Even if they did put it in a cold wallet, it's now like they can't refund him from their hot wallet, or move the coins out of the cold one.
Extremely selfish act on their behalf, that could be a strong indicator of their intentions.

Never really expected this to actually come out legit, but Bitmixer should really refund those BTC because it was an accident...

Yesterday, Bitmixer.io sent me a message that signed with Bitcoin address and I mistakenly sent 30 BTC to that address. It turns out they are using that address for receiving donations, so I immediately contacted the Bitmixer.io team with solid proof asking for refund.
But they are keep saying "Sadly there is nothing that we can do." and "All funds sent to this address are considered donations.”

I replied "It was absolutely not a donation. But that was my mistake, I will donate 30% of mistakenly sent BTC so can I get the rest of them back", but they replied "I am sorry you sent to the wrong address, but there is nothing I can do.”

This is absolute nonsense and pathetic. Even though this is happened because of my mistake, it seems they care more about their earnings (whether it is legit or not) than the customers. If you are thinking of using Bitmixer.io with large amount of Bitcoin, please aware that there is a possibility of scam.

Thank you for posting this and letting us know about this issue maybe it's on their tos that they don't offer a refund to donators but of course they should also be considerate 30% is a good condition enough it's very hard to make 30 btc it is a huge amount and every one make a mistake it could harm their reputation they should resolve it

Sending another transaction to an address does not mean you fully control it.

You would need to sign a message, preferably the same unique message with all the input addresses to prove you made that transfer.

Yes, you have to sign a message from one of the addresses that you sent the 30 BTC from.

Sorry to hear of your mistakes. However, sending Bitcoin to the wrong address is teh responsibility of the SENDER and the RECEIVER(S) are not at fault. The fact that they said that they could not do anythingdoes seem nonsense. Although, sending this amount, you should have double checked the address it was sent to and send them in smaller "chunks".

I already proved my bitcoin address via email

but they told me "Sadly there is nothing that we can do."
You need to prove it to the users here; you need to prove that the transaction occurred with a TX ID and that you own the address. Then you  also have to post emails. If the story turns out to be true (verifiable) it is possible to force their hand and make them return it.

this is accident transaction id
