Sure. He could shuffle some things around, no doubt. My point is that, at this time in the game, such a withdrawal would be catastrophic.

My remark was to your statement that even if the eASIC deal "went down the shitter" we'd still have chips coming/hashing. I'm simply saying if eASIC goes away, so should you.

Fair enough, maybe I need to think a little more before I post. Because you're right, if all we had left was the avalon chips I would be forced to run for the door. This eASIC deal is the glue holding this together for the time being and the day we hear something substantial from eASIC or Ken on this will be my Christmas this year.

Im just as anxious for news here but these threads are getting clogged with FUD because eASIC isnt making and shipping our chips by the end of the month. The risk/reward ratio on this stock is INSANE, and we know ACTM is under NDA with eASIC. Obviously progress is happening but not as fast as some of the people trying to make a quick buck would like, i don't have a problem with that.

I don't think you understand.

eASIC is ActM's golden ticket. And that is precisely the term to use. If that goes away, even if we make the assumption that ActM has the 20k Avalon chips up and hashing, you're talking about an operation that has ~6TH/s of hashing power.....and that's it. No future plans would exist at that point because ALL the future plans are with eASIC right now, which is exactly where they should be.

If that goes away, so do all future plans.

Now, I don't think eASIC is going away. Not in the slightest. But if they do, my previous statement stands.

All I'm saying is the year is fast coming to a close and it's ALL SILENT with regards to substantial information as to progress.

Hell I just read somewhere that KnC took delivery of ASIC boards.

Would be nice to see SOMETHING, even just a tiny bit of news to know if anything is happening.

EDIT: I find it frustrating to read news in the trades media, all over the place, of competitors moving ahead and not one word as to anything taking place with ActM...

I've been patient but time moves 10x faster in this space than regular business. If we're not keeping pace, or moving ahead then what are we doing?

It's not sloppy or unprofessional if he's copied the layout on purpose so that potential investors can do a quick side by side comparison with the big competition. I would say that is smart. It shows Ken recognised where the challenge lay (in pulling some investors away from AM) and shows he is recognizing he needs to make chip spec info accessible and quickly cross checkable for interested parties.
