FFS69, could you please clarify your position as I'm struggling to get my head around what you are saying in terms of 'proper' illegal.  I don't know the law that well so could you spell it out for me in layman's terms thanks?

Ken stated that he had shipped the first products to customers and in the same Progress Report stated that the 'chips were going to be late.'  He has never stated that those products were miners and has just confirmed that with Bargraphics.  He still maintains that the statement 'shipped our first products to customers' was correct.
Just because we don't know what those products were, doesn't mean to say we should be phoning the SEC and our lawyers does it?

tl;dr   Ken said he shipped first products to customers quite a while ago.  He maintains that was accurate information.  Somehow we are to believe that he has broken the law because those 'products' weren't what we wanted them to be.

EDiT:  FFS69, did you sell your shares before or after the Board of Advisors resigned and you issued the public statement?

Nope it's just PR. People assumed it was miners - but Ken didn't say it was.

Actually instead of being misleading to shareholders (for what reason there are no new shares being sold?) Ken is actually just creating 'good PR' for the company in order to keep online customers confidence levels up. He's doing what every CEO must do, and that is project confidence and put a positive spin on any news. It's for the good of the company and the good of the shareholders. It's not lieing, he didn't lie, he's just making the best of the situation. It's smart and we should be glad he can put a positive spin on news when we were clearly delayed.

Disagree. When you're running a MINING company and you say you've shipped product: you've loaded up that sentence more than enough for everyone to make the assumption it's a miner you've shipped. For it to now come out (apparently flippantly as if it never mattered at all) that it wasn't a miner at all, I can't see that as anything OTHER than misleading.

I'm at the point where I don't care what was shipped. I think that this is speaking in volumes to Ken's approach to business and communication - and I'm hearing scummy as fuck.

So very wrong. Speak to a lawyer and they will put you right. The CEO is not allowed to mislead shareholders or buyers. The law is very strict on this.

He will have done it to try and protect the company but it doesn't change what it is.

Ken must provide an explanation which I hope is good enough.

Q. What was delivered?
A. No Miners were delivered, he made no such statements about miners being delivered, and it was simply products which he didn't disclose to me.

We have this last week shipped our first products to customers.

If true, that is intentionally misleading information.

Personally I think it was chips.

If true, that is intentionally misleading information. Ken has been asked about it time and again so there are no excuses. You cannot blame this on people reading too much into it, or poor communication.

It's 'properly' illegal, not an understandable grey area like the shares, Belize company and so on like crumbs used to barf on about. This is exactly the sort of thing the SEC are concerned with because it's potentially securities fraud on top of all the grey stuff.

Even if the company are on the right path now, the above just put them in serious trouble in my book. If I were still a shareholder, this would be with my lawyer and the SEC given everything else and that they apparently still have plenty of cash.

I am so disappointed. Ken, why did you not just come clean? Non delivery happens, people would moan but deal with it. You can't mislead investors or buyers this way.

Agreed. We're gonna find out about it eventually. Just communicate properly the first time. Right now we're worrying about RTL and shares and stuff, all problems from 2013, who knows what new problems have arisen in 2014. There is a loop Ken, keep us in it.

So, what is the big deal about taking a picture of the "warehouse"?

If it is just the same shit from a few different angles, what is the big deal with taking a few more pics?

Only two reasons to justify this... either there is nothing in there or there is something in there that Ken & Co. doesn't want us to see. How anyone could think differently than that, I don't know.

No, you can't really expect anything huge from a meeting like this except certain-confirmation of what we already know.

But I'm pleased to hear yet again from someone who has actually met Ken that he comes across well and shows he knows what he's doing.

Thanks Bar.

@Bargraphics
Thank you for taking the time to do your visit.

@Everyone
This update contained no substantial information, imho. NDA on the important stuff. No miners shipping in November; at least some light has been shed on that. Intelihash still is just a word since we don't really understand anything about it. We're doing CT so thats a +1 for me. As I do not trust CC yet, though I am very excited about CC don't get me wrong. We knew the company had money and was doing refunds so that was nothing gained. All in all, it was what I expected I suppose.

Welp, November was a whirlwind of ups and downs, December was a big let down, January was the bottom of the barrel, lets hope February gives us some ground.

Well that didn't reveal anything. But to be expected I guess. If the vibe is good, then hopefully the next few weeks will reveal more.

Every man is guilty of all the good he did not do.
Hi All,

Unlucky for me but luckily for you my flight was cancelled and I had to find one that leaves a little bit later giving me extra time at the airport to write this.

There will only be one picture as I was requested to not take pictures. Although as I stated before I did see in the back and it looks like a warehouse that has some Avalons running and the workbenches as you have seen in the picture. The front end looks like a typical office and you've already seen pictures of that as well.

I'll be quickly going through some questions with answers.

Q. What was delivered?
A. No Miners were delivered, he made no such statements about miners being delivered, and it was simply products which he didn't disclose to me.

Q. Refunds
A. They have received refunds and have been giving out refunds as they are requested. They are still very good financially and have no concerns about mass refunds.

Q. What went wrong with the RTL?
A. I didn't get a direct answer with this other than delays were made to make better decisions about what direction the company would take due to competition and bitcoin price.

Q. Anything regarding eASIC
A. NDA but more information should be coming via updates soon.

Q. Anything regarding Intellihash
A. Can't say just yet.

Q. Engineering Firms
A. They replaced the old engineering firm roughly a month ago and would not disclose the name of the new company.

Q. Shares
A. Will likely do CT asap and then colored coins in the future once it is more mature.

Obviously nothing in the above are direct quotes including the questions, I just summarized to simply give the meat of the meeting.

Observations/Opinions:

Ken was very well spoken and definitely knew what he was talking about. He seemed genuine in really wanting to make this business a success and share that success with the shareholders. There were a lot of "new developments" that have recently happened and he was excited to let everyone know as soon as he could what those were.

Again he definitely invites and potential customer or shareholder to come meet with him, just don't barge in but instead simply request a meeting.

I can say without a doubt that he is nothing like the trolls here are portraying him to be.

Personally, I'm 100% chance this is not in any way a scam (This loosely thrown around word) and at the very least this is someone trying to make a business successful in any way he can with some major hiccups and setbacks.

The feeling in the air was that the next few weekly updates will likely be very good for shareholders.

Oh and VE is pretty crazy (You really need to see a Doctor man)

Edit: I'm about to get on a plane so I'll be out of contact until tomorrow at the earliest. If you ask me any questions about the Q & A in the above you will likely get the same answer that is given in the A. There's nothing else to really say about those. I fully expect to see this buried by at least 2 pages by the time I look back at this thread, have fun!

sorry I know it's "crumbsy" of me… but I couldn't resist…

lol yes but it's not disrespectful.

From wiki:

'Ken had a fantastically fashionable line of clothing and accessories. Since his debut, Ken has held at least forty occupations.'

I think he's one and the same.

In this circumstance, for the lols, I think you should be forgiven.

btw - go to http://www.uspto.gov/, click on the "search" menu and then "trademarks" and search for "Fast-Hash" - yup, 10 month old trademark. 2 months later http://www.whois.com/whois/hashfast.com was registered.

Edit: Although the filing date is Sep 6th, "FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20130324"
