Some of you guys need to get off your soap box.

Ken can you give us an update of when we will be on CryptoTrade and all accounts/shares will be set up? Are you going to be putting up any of the shares left over from CryptoStocks?

He's right Lorenzo. Just pipe down.  The company is on course and you needn't fret.

ZumZero,

Isn't THAT the pot calling the kettle black! YOU are a cheerleader. Just because I have been around a longtime and have transitioned from early investor and longtime cheerleader to having great concern because Ken's pattern of being overlyterse and missing his stated deadlines and not really keeping his word has become more than apparent, and because I make a point of stating all that, you call me a troll?

Please, ZumZero, explain to me why given Ken's pattern of behavior, you have any hope for this company and for Ken to achieve his stated goals?

Time to ignore LorenzoHasNoMoney...

I didn't want to be the first to say this but Lorenzo is borderline trolling right now.  Just when you thought you'd seen it all!

This is for you crumbs if you're out there somewhere in ignore land...
(Note: If you are ignoring crumbs, why are you sending him asynchronous messages?)

From the "details" page of ActM on Crypto-trade: "Total Hashing Power Hashing ~700 GH/s"

Is that what we are currently mining with (implying that the increase in hashrate over the last couple of weeks was a result of the sample/low volume chips) or is it simply outdated information?

Maybe that is what he shipped to first customers? So now we has nothing Tongue

That was my assumption but with the non-negligible amount of errors in the detail page (250,000gh/s from the klondikes? dedits?) I wanted to ask for others' thoughts.

Definitely think any increase in hashrate is from sample/low volume. I base this off of Intelihash, he stated software used for our chips had to be modified meaning that these chips are probably on hand at the AMC/VMC office.

700GH/S sounds like a decrease to me..
and 250TH/S seems a little high

There's a tonne of outdated information if you read close enough.. like "we will start paying dividends when we get the avalons and klondikes up and running"  Roll Eyes

well at least we know our old friend is smart enough to copy/paste.. so.. that's a bonus.....

"AMC expects to receive ~40 Million dollars in profits from its VMC subsidary payment in 2014"
That's just projected hardware sales, if our self-mining farm is at least as successful, $80M profit translated at $1500/btc (if lower, we get more btc if higher we get less) implies dividends of 0.00363btc/share in the year 2014 (this calc considers that the first 0.0025 are paid only to the public 10M shares). If investors demand 30% APR that seems typical of successful btc-denominated securities, that gives us a rough estimate of fair-price of 0.012btc/share. There are many assumptions involved with this but it continues to be in the ballpark of what I expected back in September or whenever the hell the restructuring happened.

I'm sure I read that our accounts on CT were going to be created for us and that shareholders don't need to open up our own accounts.

Have any of you already opened an account?

I have had an account for some time, but haven't received any notification yet

Because, after months of Ken being silent, offering dribs and drabs of news and information, of avoiding answering direct questions, we have lost confidence in his ability to make his original dreams and vision regarding Active Mining come to fruition.

why would someone dump their shares, when something like this is happening:

http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/virtualminingcorp.com

please sell your shares, I will buy them. Im holding long term.

There is no marketing fellow. There is no PR fellow.
There is only Ken and a couple of his close relatives.

This is not meant as an attack on Ken. Still love the guy, but business and money are apart from personal affection.

Seems our marketing fellow may not be doing a bad job..
