This is the most disconcerning thing yet. Ken, why would you say that? We are all operating on blind faith that things are on track. For you to be anything but confident seems to mean that things are not on track. Please explain this immediately. It is imparitive that you explain this, and to stop avoiding the questions about the progress. A general statement such as we are on track is not something covered under the NDA. After this, we need to know. You have to stop dodging this.

What question are you talking about? He has already discussed the options concerning US share holders, currant sales figures, and as we all know pretty much anything related to production of miners is under the NDA.

sample chips are supposed to arrive right about now, and all he wants to talk about are worthless shares. Some of us want to know if he's on track, and he avoids that question like the plague.

The stocks on cryptostocks are nothing but a buying option for US investors, or other investors that want to go to cryptostocks. NO, you don't have to sell on BF and buy on crypto. You can keep BF shares til the 1st. Why don't you guys do some reading before you assume everything and prevent the spread of FUD.

Because to get out of BitFunder (which you have to do if you are based in the US), you cannot transfer shares, you have to sell on BitFunder, then buy (higher) on Cryptostocks. And then kslaughter also takes an extra fee on trades!Ok well that has nothing to do with my post because my post said you will pay exactly what you sold for and not more didn't it?
There is no way in hell that ken is trying to rip people off because of the SEC crack down. Please now quote ken where he says US holders will lose out.
