So do we transfer manually?

Yes. Sell and Buy, at this point. 600,000 Available.

thats going to crash the price

I don't think so, as they are at the ~same price as on Bitfunder.

Was there a way for everyone to transfer their shares?
The ActiveMining exchange is in the final stages of development according to Ken. There may be manual transfers to migrate over, or they may just wait until November 1 when anyone who is not verified with Bitfunder's shares get sent back to the issuer. In the latter case you better make sure your Public Bitcoin Address is set to one you can sign messages with to prove the shares are yours.
Oh, for some reason I thought I was reading and posting in the Labcoin thread. I'm already aware of the ActM situation.

Wait, so if we currently have shares what do we need to do to keep them?

Labcoin shares are being transferred over to cryptostocks automatically. Just register your account using the link they send you in your email registered with btct.co

Are You Shpongled?
Wait for more details from Ken, but for now make sure you can sign messages with your public address on Bitfunder.

I'd be happy to liquidate shares later on for 1%. I'm from Australia. Getting verified at the moment

I have a feeling a better solution will present itself though.

Do I remember correctly? I recall Ken said that the chips will continue to be profitable until the total network hashrate reaches 4000TH or 4000PH?
If it is the former, there is a decent chance it happens before we start hashing with our first chips.

It would be much closer to 4000ph/s than 4000th/s, I think even avalons or block erupters would be making more than the cost of electricity to run them at 4000th/s (not certain but seems plausible).

I'm waiting for news about the sample chips, if we're on track, we should have the first ones within the next 2 weeks (oh god how I hate that time frame now...) which would be the biggest development since the eASIC deal was announced.

If I was able, which i am not as a resident and citizen of the USA, currently blocked from doing so on Bitfunder, I would spend my recently received dividends on buying more shares of Active Mining, since  I have full faith in Lord Satoshi and HIS prophet Ken Slaughter who will bless us all with high dividends, BIG sales and loads of Terra hash and eventual high share prices of Active Mining on a fully legal and public stock exchange.

Please repeat that catechism with me.

What about using a proxy?

Does anyone know why we had an increased dividend yesterday?

wow I just noticed this too...

sample chips?!

Lets hope so, although to be honest Ken would have said something if this was the case.

Does anyone know why we had an increased dividend yesterday?

Is it because most people have sold the shares back to ACTM , only sold shares get dividend right ??

The dividend was paid out to all 10,000,000 shares.
