Yes this a great thing in the forum now. It is better than the merit system previously applicable in the forum. This will definitely remove some account spammers in the forum.

Hi I have a question why is that my activity stuck in 28 whlie my post is 44 can you help on this. Before its the same. Thanks.
basically in 2 week period you can only earn 14 maximum activity, wait for the next 2 week period your activity will increase automatically to 28+14 = 42 and stuck at 42 for 2 weeks againIncrease automatically in case he will make at least 1 post because no post = no activity.
Also it will increase automatically because his post is more than the actual activity, if he has only 33 for example, after 1 post he will have 34 activity that will keep increasing by 1 for each post he makes until 42.

why am i still at jr member when my activity is 70?

If i understood it correctly you can get more than one point per day with a max of 14 points per two week! Is this still the case or has it changed in the meantime?.

That's strange... because my activity now shows 252 but I am still Full Member and not Senior Member. Should be it right now according to that post. Maybe it's changed in the meantime?
I wonder if they have introduced a new system that looks at the quality of the posts. Perhaps there is a thread about some ranking concept that assesses merit.
The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)
Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.
Activity is updated every hour.
