I just bought a Advcash USD plastic card. If i use it for EUR purchases, will i be charged with a FX fee (2,95%)?

I have a virtual card and a physical advcash card. Both of them have not been accepted anywhere for several days. Last month they worked perfectly. 
I already said that in a past post, they are constantly changing things on your site. Sometimes the changes are good, but often these changes create disorders. I do not see where is the option to buy a virtual card and now I read that you have problems with the virtual card.
My plastic card never arrived in my country. I asked three times and it never arrived.
Do you have any valid response from support? They do not answer me since ten days ago
I was going to ask them about my card that never came. Now I became more discouraged.

I advise anyone planning to use virtual cards against using this service, just because the virtual cards are totally unusable for any online purchase.
They constantly get the Mastercard securecode security check, which you have no way to setup yourself, and nothing will be done to fix it.
So if you considering to do any online purchases with a virtual card, find a different provider that uses VISA instead, you will be glad you did.

My advcash virtual mastercard do not work in Paypal, Aliexpress, etc.

There is in fact a lifetime limit if you are not verified by our card vendor. I believe this is pretty common with prepaid card providers if you are not verified. Once you are verified, the limit is gone.
Oh, maybe you should add this to the FAQ. I could not find this information on the site.

Our card vendor does not issue cards to Pakistan.
and do you allow the verification address from Pakistan? I want it only verify from my Pakistani address and then will ask for the delivery to UAE. I hope with that I will get the card as I need that for my shopping online and for my ATM withdrawal. You have to provide at least that method.

that is bad for pakistanis as Pakistan ranks among the top five countries around the world with the largest number of digital earners/workers. To be more specific Pakistan stands at the 4th position, and on bitcoin they are also more active and their government is also in the favor of bitcoin and like their citizen to adopt that way of finance but still they are not allowed for bitcoin debit card. the companies should have to be more active and advance so that none of the bitcoin supporter is denied with the facility of bitcoin usage.
