They have a problem now with funding the card since yesterday, and also can't login to my account for few hours now. Support refuses to answer as usual.

Just got my card, ordered on March 22 via free shipping before they got crowded with orders. Seeing they made 0% deposits from btc-e codes, this may be the cheapest way for me.

AdvCash is a great service, I have used them for a year or more now.

Funding via Bitcoin is annoying due to having to wait 6 confirmations for the funds to appear.

I found a work around that is instant. For instant funding just fund your balance via BTC-e codes.

Ordered the card with express shipping 7 days ago, still nothing. Asked the support to give me the tracking number 5 days ago. Unfortunately no one bothered to answer.

after 3 weeks waiting, they have emailed me saying they've blocked my account & card and had sized all the €120 from me for no reason....


fukin' scammers, please be aware while using their 'services'..




it usually takes a week to receive a reply from them lol... but I don't think I'm gonna ever receive a reply from them at this time ...Smiley   fkin' rippers...

What's happening with your service? You say 6 confirmations and I already have 10 and have nothing in my account.
If you cant offer a service you say you have it is better to give us the right information.
You really need to correct all the issues with your services.

I feel myself being ripped off as I've paid an extra €100 for the expedited shipping more than 2 weeks before and nothing has happened thus far....

If you have been having issues with card verification: We apologise for this being so frustrating. We have had an emergency conversation about this with our card vendor's management. They assure us no such delays will occur again. The queue got too big and we have been actively working with our card vendor to complete all the pending verifications ASAP. Most have been processed by now, as we have just been told. If your card account has still not been verified yet, post an update in your ticket or create a ticket if you haven't done that earlier.

I've registered an account on 25th of February and send the documents for the verification. Still haven't heard from them. Created a ticket and also wrote an email to this Andrew guy. Very poor customer service indeed.

Update: I've been contacted by support and problem was solved. Waiting for the card now.

Well my experience with ADVCash has been nothing but excellent, I have only had an account for 3 weeks and remain unverified however have just submitted my drivers licence as the last part of verification, I was wondering what is the limit of spend and funding on the USD Virtual Card, and Plastic card please, I should have mine arrive shortly.  Also the virtual card works great in USA and New Zealand, keep up the good work ADVCash

Your card vendor still has not verified my card thus far.... and your support team is totally disregarding my questions;  with all due respect, what the hell are you doing to me ?

i think that the promotion for the 1/cent physical card went bad and they had too much order, i read something about on their site. Btw 100e for express shipping it's a lot of money and you should have the max priority, no excuses
