Can the card be topped-up from several different bank accounts/wire transfer??
for example: can i accept payments from differnet people onto that card?Huh

Account funding options are very easy to find on www.advcash.com and inside your account if you have one. Along with pretty much all other information you need to get started, you don't have to ask anyone and can just have a look. Again, if you have an account, it's very easy to see the card is not funded from outside sources. Cards are merely a withdrawal tool and are not independently funded from anywhere else. Wallets and cards are not the same thing.

No, you do not. I believe this has been covered here already. Thing is, verification in our system and with our card vendor are related, even though technically separate things. Please create a ticket if you haven't already, and we'll request an update from our card vendor about your verification status. Should be fine.

How long will it usually take to clear such a problem?

Sometimes our card vendor is a bit slow with this verification thing. I can't provide any further information here. Please post an update in your ticket.

I have complete verified adv-account.

But after I transfered around 2000€ in 1 month I get error message
"lifetime limit exceeded"

I cannot transfer money to my plastic card from wallet.  Cry

I could not find anything about the limits when Iam completely verified.

What about BTC exchanges? Are these allowed?

The rule is that we need to understand what exactly you are getting the transfer for, and who sends you the money. A common case of that is an affiliate getting paid by an affiliate program or a webmster withdrawing funds from a traffic broker etc, and here, we are unlikely to have any questions. If your situation is different, you can always contact us directly for an explanation. Generally, you need to have a verified account

Yes. It needs to be a company sending a bank transfer to a person with whom they have a business relationship that we can understand. Person to person transfers are a different deal and we normally don't allow those.

There are legal/compliance requirements in place. Reasons may differ from country to country. If the country is not in the drop down list, it means we do not support it and users from this country will not be able to have their accounts verified.

All the verification information is available inside your account in the verification section. Normally, for proof of address, you need a document with your name, your address, and date of issue within last 3 months on it.

Also send a ticket claim to your site with ID 20944 and provided the swift message from my bank. My bank confirmed the deposit.Please reply what kind of support are you holding?

We have posted an update in your ticket. We have been able to find the transfer and it should be in your wallet ASAP.

I have been receiving an "User_Not_Active" error when I try to fund my activated plastic cards. So far I haven't been able to transfer any funds to my cards (and thus use them). I have created a ticket (ID 20737) on Dec. 21, but I haven't received any answer so far, and the error persists.

It has been resolved now, card can be funded now.
