Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders

Good advice. But there is a problem those who earn a lot of coins all merge, because it is important for them to get money for their work and no matter what price they will not wait for xx, unlike investors.

As my opinion its better to hold your coins when you see the price is not so good. Because it makes you earn insufficient profits or it would be the reason to lose your money. Many of us here but not all are getting to be panic when we see the price of crypto in the market deflates, which is not a good practice because it can lead us to lose our money.

This question was discussed a lot of times.
I doubt that all bountyhunters have so many tokens that they can drop the price, usually the bounty rewards are around 2-5% of all ICO tokens. So perhaps the main reason is the red market.
In December 2017 – January 2018 you really could see how your tokens (even shitcoins) made 10-100X after the ICO, but unfortunately today the situation is quite opposite.
According to these circumstances you can sell your tokens immediately and then after some time buy them even twice as much.
You are partly right that the number of tokens that members of the campaign bounties receive is not that big, and not all of them are sold immediately after they are received. Everything depends on the market conditions and the popularity of the project.

Sometimes i don't see the reason as to why people criticize bounty hunters yet we are all here to make money, and the rewards are as a resut of their hard work and determination, they can therefore  do whatever they feel is right with heir tokens, we don't have to keep reminding hem what to do with it, If they were tro sell they still will despite the warnings making the words fruitless

The truth is crypto world is complicated, if you decide to hodl your tokens, other dumpers will dump on you and at the long run you end up in tears and loss
So the basic truth is that literally, there are alot to be done
We need to educate ourselves, but still if a bounty hunter feels the price is enough profit for him/her there is nothing that can be done.

I like the point here. No matter how many times you tell a people to just hodl his tokens for a while other bounty hunters will just dump it to the ground.

Not all bounty hunters are dumping, some is trying to manipulate the price.so that they can buy more in a cheap price.

I disagree, the price of token fall or down is not bounty hunter cause ,, it could be ico products that are less desirable of investors ,, seen from the allocation of bounty usually only between 1-5% total token raise ico, in my opinion it is not too have an effect on down its price token ,,

tokens acquired by bounty hunters are the result of their hard work, so it's up to them to use those tokens anytime. they can sell whenever they want. We have no right to organize it.

I definitely agree. Bounty hunters should not sell their tokens right away because that kind of action causes the coin's value to drop. Patience is a must in trading. Too much supply of tokens will decrease its price as what the law of demand and supply states. Holding the tokens for a while will not only help other token holders but yourself as well because you will gain more.

I can advise those who are looking for a bounty that they work well where they can work better.
Since we know that advertising a project is important we should always be active where we join the campaign. if on airdrop signature facebook twitter. we should be more diligent for more tokens we receive.

I don't see any reason why bounty hunters should keep on to their earnings. Some hunters do this to be able to feed their kids or pay their rent. I mean, I can imagine why they would - at some point - convert. Most will probably not sell everything, but tokens are being sold for good reasons.

And there should be nothing wrong with that. I hear/read investors whining all the time about this fact....what they should be doing is trying to keep those bounty hunters involved in the project, instead of treating them like peasants only in it for the money.

I partake in bounties too. Just for fun. I pick good projects I feel I have a connection with. I never sell, never sold anything. No reason to, don't need the money (as it is usually peanuts just after ICO anyway).

But bounty hunters that do sell their earnings have good reasons to. Accept this. They worked their asses off to get awareness for the project. They are the ones that branded it from day 1. They may even be responsible for attracting actual investors. A price dump is acceptible to me and is only a short phase at the start of the project. If investors are whining about this fact too much, I suspect them to be equally uninvolved with the project. They are just pissed they weren't able to sell for higher prices in the beginning. If they are planning to hold and see where the project is really going to, it shouldn't matter if there's some price action at the start. Selling low by bounty hunters often give a lot of possibilities to buy in low for those that are really into the project. I often buy more if price is much lower compared to ICO...yes I do bounty work, but also often invest next to it.

Anyway. I do not like the way bounty hunters are treated. Not all sell, but some do and with good reasons!

The worst thing about this situation is yes, the panic bounty hunters after the token distribution. I also don't really know what inside their mind. They are freely and nicely selling their tokens from ICO with very very dump price. They are so panic if they cannot sell their tokens in some months later. Unfortunately, they always use the unofficial exchange to sell their token with very low price. Just be patient and never sell your coins away in that very dump price mate.

I agree with you. Recently, for many projects, the price of tokens after paying bonuses to members of the bounty campaigns very quickly became less than the price of ICO. This is very bad, investors understand this and are not in a hurry to buy tokens at the time of the ICO, but wait for the participants of the bounty campaigns to start selling their awards.

Unless I need money urgently, otherwise i only sell coins when the price of token hits my price target. But I don't think the bounty hunter is wrong, coins are theirs, sell or not,it is totally up to them.

Yes I agree, the bounty tokens earned by the bounty hunters are rewards from their hard work. We cant tell them what they must do with their tokens, it is all up to them. In my case, I hold my coins for a while, but of course we cant tell the others to do the same because they own them, and the decision to hold or sell them right away is really their choice.

My advice to all bounty hunters is that t hey should try to work for the success of the project with all hearth. Bounty hunters have the power to promote a project, and they also have the power to make a project unsuccessful through their social media account. They should try and hold their tokens for good profit making in the future, they are the ones that the success of a project and dumping of tokens immediately after the end of the ico is not good enogh for the project.
