I know it isn't easy at all to stop doing something you absolutely love to the death, but sometimes you don't have a choose.
I said it before and I am positive it's true even if that's its just my opinion! If you want something hard enough, you will be able to do it. If you only want something 50% you will not be able to do it
And you don't need to quit over an night, take steps, step by step and it will be more natural to stop.
I speak from own experience and had a gun pointed at my head at one point because I could not pay debts I got from gambling from people you NOT should be unfriends with.
Long story short.... If you really want a change, whatever it is! The change will for sure come!
If you truly recognize that you have a serious gambling problem, the best thing to do is to stop gambling immediately. Cutting back or gambling smaller amounts doesn't address the root of the problem. While a few individuals might be able to quit on their own, many need medical support or assistance from their loved ones.
Substituting gambling with another, less harmful activity often helps significantly. Consider working more, joining a gym, or pursuing a new hobby.
Sometimes, some people think that any habit is associated with the word already and difficult to rehabilitate for the tendency to stop. Even for the habit of watching a sensation movie or a food will become a favorite.
I'm talking about habbits, when doing with the brain and the possibilities that are liked more and more days will increase both portion, duration or variation depending on what habits are done.
I assume that the past 21 days is a start, and the next 21 days you can start organizing / reducing things that are less useful.
I have been a smoker since 2009, the first month I could stand it, but when there was a lot of supply I smoked more there I found it difficult to reduce the number of sticks yesterday.
Long story short, the more cigarettes I spend every day,
until 2018 I got sick with stomach acid, it made me deterrent and the doctor made me realize, the first 3 weeks I felt like a fever and chaos, but I was aware of the pain.
After a strong desire 1 month I did not smoke and it was effective until now.
what I underline is when there is an opportunity with readiness for everything will change the mindset, and from there the beginning of the transformation to the phase you want including addiction or one's habits in passing the day. especially from the things you mentioned bro.
