I also observe that trend. Sad thing is I am always too early to buy. I am starting to average down so I can have easier gain and shorter wait. There is an ICO that started right now in partnership with Adex. Hoping Adex to have more partnerships.

around 40k ethereum and that was happened in july, because all of the adex token already sold out just on some hours. That's why the adex project is very successful to handle to project into the right way

Yes, just HODL till the end of road map. It's sure worth waiting.
Not sure about waiting until the end of the road map, but definitely waiting until November. A lot of exciting things happening with new partnerships and the prototype to be released this month. Also has one of the most stable prices in crypto right now.
