In the match for third place, the two teams have almost the same game system, both of them are good at defense and also their weakness in the semifinals. Hopefully, in the match, both teams will play more openly and give an interesting performance to watch, although I rarely watched the match for the bronze medal because often seeing it both teams would play softer and reduce the tempo of the game.

The French team made some tactical changes that perplexed Morocco play style and made France even harder to challenge. It is unfortunate to see Morocco leaving the race after all the efforts made before the final game, nevertheless, they should play good against Croatia to bring something precious for their country and for African.
Even if they lose the match against Croatia and finish at the 4th place, they should not be too disappointed. Initially no one even believed that Morocco will be able to qualify for the pre-quarter finals. They were placed in a very tough group along with Belgium and Croatia. Most of us thought that they will finish at the 3rd place in their group. And they topped their group in the end. And in knockout stage, they managed to defeat two of the strongest opponents possible - Spain and Portugal (both of them were considered as tournament favorites).

To a great extent Morocco team have performed beyond expectation because no one even expected them to play in the qualifying stage of the world cup but their we're able to face France tonight giving them a run off for the winning, and as you know football is an unpredictable games and the lord of soccer was with France but above all, Morocco really made the entire African proud tonight.
And I wish them all the best in their last match in the world cup against Croatia for the third place in the competition.

Despite losing 1-0 is not going to stop them from fighting for Africa, they can still come back to equalize this game only if they make use of any little chances they have and it will affect the France team more than they expected.

Yes, the game is over for Morocco because with just 5 minutes of added time there is no way they can perform a miracle to come back in this game against the defending champions France. Morocco's performance was very good but they lacked the ability to convert their chances to score goals and they also got demoralized by the first goal of France that was scored barely 5 minutes of the game in the first half I think they would have given France a tough time if the goal was not scored.
The second goal that was scored by France was not a result of carelessness rather it was caused by pressure that the French players mounted on the defenders of Morocco so I don't think we should place the blame on the players because this is the first time they are getting to this stage and they played against the best team in the world right now and also the defending champions.

Morocco did a great job. By the way, they should not have lost to France tonight. What strikes me is that the favor factor is extremely high throughout Africa. All African countries were all for Morocco tonight. I don't see that happening anytime soon in Europe and South America. There they like to keep going when the neighboring countries lose, and preferably with as large numbers as possible. For example Brazil and Argentina. But Morocco has shown that it has a very strong team. Perhaps a better team than Senegal, while they are significantly lower in the rankings?

Can they dig themselves out of this, I don't think so, their game plan was to defend and push the game to penalties looking at the 5 defenders they used.... But sorry to say but it's pretty much end of the road for the Arab nation but history has been written for them which should be a big plus for them.

Morocco played a very good football, they have team work and have more chance than France. They played France on the first half but were not too good in their attack which is why they were not able to level the score yet. With this performance, Morocco may level the score early second half unless if France improved their defense and midfield.I am impressed with Morocco performance in this first half of the match.

Whatever the result from the game is whether it is in favor of Morocco or France, I will still be proud of Morocco and how far they have taken the African name. This is without a doubt the weirdest of all world cups,it had the biggest number of upsets where a lot of people lost a lot of money and yes football is unpredictable,
And yet I have still heard some people say that the world cup is rigged to favor Lionel Messi, I keep wondering how people can nurse this kind of thinking when the games have been clearly contested. The strategy of France when they play Morocco will be almost the same as what Portugal tried to do at the remaining minutes of the game where they were crossing the ball into the Moroccan half, we know how good France are in the air with Giroud who is still on scoring form, If Morocco cannot defend properly and not give a chance to France to cross the ball in and for Mbappe to run in behind them, they will have a chance at eliminating the defending champions. An early goal for Morocco as well will also be an advantage.

Argentina win today has made the chances of Morroco and Africa winning the World Cup smaller. If Crotia would have gone to the finals and Morroco eventually survives France, it will not be a difficult task for Morroco.
But as it stands now, even if Morroco tries to win France, the final will still be very difficult for them.

It's already the World Cup of the underdogs, as many underdogs showed the world that they shouldn't be overlooked as football is a game anybody can win provided there's determination and luck on their side. Morocco can beat France and Morocco can beat Argentina as well. Croatia has just been lucky this world cup and hasn't won any of their knockout games, just been hanging in until the fulltime is played and they go to penalty stages but Morocco has won games people taught were impossible to win. Don't think If Morocco somehow meet Argentina at the finals that they won't give in all they got knowing chances like this mightn't present itself again in the future.
Morocco has already defeated all odds against them, today as they play France both the African continent and the Arabic countries are all routing for them. The should go make us proud as they defeated our African brother that denied their root to go play for France. Things like this are what makes the Africa teams weak because our best exports has been bought by the foreigners to play for them while we settle for second bests.
Even if Senegal would have faced any of the other teams at the time when they clashed with England they would most probably been also eliminated,in fact England was one of the easier teams that they lost the game by themselves when they missed so many goal occasions in the first half but could not score and then second half England scored 3 goals.
Tonight I expect a tight game with goals and I don't know how it will end but I know for sure it is going to be most probably under 2.5 goals and not over 2.5 goals because Morocco has the best defense and they will try to defend very hard tonight trying to get the game to penalties.
