Still on the waiting list after signing up for vaccination months ago. Hoping to be vaccinated as soon as possible having day jobs in this pandemic is a problematic and troublesome. Bringing food to the table is not as easy as it used to but due to this pandemic I was able to learn new skills in relation to my line of work.
In my country there is no issue with the vaccines, i wonder which country would that be struggling to get vaccines, but i do accept the fact that jobs are a problem and for the past year many lost their jobs and i am not getting my perks for a while and i need to find something else to make a living. If you are planning to learn new skills then internet is your teacher and you can learn anything from it.

Lucky for those who have no problem getting the vaccine. Because there are still so many countries that are still waiting for their vaccine supply to arrive or better yet, only small percentage has been vaccinated because of the lack of supply. But at least, seems that pandemic is starting to be contained because of the deployment of the vaccines all around the world. This is once in a lifetime to remember for this generation. Lockdown globally is very rare to happen.
For countries with small populations vaccination may not be difficult, but it's different from countries with large populations (such as Indonesia and India). large population and limited number of medical personnel make vaccination slower than other countries. Not to mention the existence of fake news that makes many people afraid to receive vaccines.
Of course it becomes a challenge for countries with large populations in carrying out vaccination programs,
indeed the existence of fake news greatly affects some people and we cannot deny it,
and here the government has an important role to socialize the vaccination program

Of course, this is a difficult thing, after a year of Covid, many companies have gone bankrupt. and now the economy in my country is still chaotic with growth of no more than 1%. I hope the presence of a vaccine can immediately eliminate Covid so that we can go back to normal life again.

Many things have changed after a year of Covid in my country, social activities are difficult, the economy is declining and of course making crime increase. My country is currently in a lot of debt because it pays for Covid patients and of course this has a big impact for me so that it is increasingly difficult for me to work or do business.
Since the onset of Covid 19, almost all sectors have experienced a decline.
especially this economic sector is really affected the most and many people lose their jobs so it is difficult to make ends meet,
Hopefully this condition can end soon because we can't continue to live in this condition
I don't think all sectors of the economy have experienced a decline, but indeed most of the business sectors have experienced a decline. in my country right now is the second wave, and the effect is bigger than when covid started. but of course we will all be able to adapt to this condition, and i actually agree with singapore that will let covid like the common cold
We will handle it better now as we already have the vaccine, if we let the fear get into us, our economy will suffer and more people will die from hunger than the virus. Believe me, the world will recover because vaccines are already created and distributed, this is the only thing that we are waiting, now that it's already here, it should solve the problem.

I would like to congratulate India for stepping up. I was shocked on many news were coming out and I saw you guys burning dead people in a public park or lot. I'm glad that your government stepped up and did the right thing by prioritizing vaccination.

The pandemic in India got politicized and the opposition started using as a political tool without any basis. But their strategy flopped, because the maximum number of deaths and new cases occurred in states which are ruled by the opposition parties (Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab.etc). I would say that the central government handled the pandemic relatively well in India. Given the poor condition of the healthcare system, it would have been much worse. But the youthful population and quick response from the administration helped them in containing the second wave.
Sadly, despite the pandemic, still political and personal agendas are standing out. Humanity suffered by this and more will suffer more unless selfless act and unity are observe. Furthermore, its not just India who's suffering by this political sabotage but many countries as well. Some are even spreading fake news i.e. vaccines will make you ill something like that.

Just a little update. This pandemic isn't yet stopped by Vaccines. In fact in some countries, many cases were recorded after a year in pandemic and that sucks. Not because we have vaccines already, but because of the incompetencies of its leaders. Many people are still dying like in India and more variants of concerns are emerging.

I am a resident of India, and I have to say that India has managed the situation pretty well. There was a spike due to the Delta variant, but it was contained on time. On the other hand, countries such as Brazil are now reporting death toll even higher than that in India (despite the fact that Brazil is having a population that is 1/7th that of India). Also, here the vaccination rate has picked up after central government took over the task from the state governments. India now has the highest per day vaccination rate in the world.
I would like to congratulate India for stepping up. I was shocked on many news were coming out and I saw you guys burning dead people in a public park or lot. I'm glad that your government stepped up and did the right thing by prioritizing vaccination.

By the way, Sinovac read about the vaccine - the reviews from virologists are quite good, I don't remember the exact numbers, but it provides a level of 50%-65%
~~~
That is true. I have read good reviews about the Sinovac/Sinopharm vaccines. But what the "experts" claim doesn't match what the situation is on the ground. Almost every country, which relied on these vaccines - Brazil, Chile, Turkey, Morocco, has seen the number of new infections exploding. At this point, the opinion from virologists and the approval from WHO is not enough for me to trust this vaccine. Because China has a history of getting good feedback in return for monetary payments and other favors.
And tell me - is this indicator scientifically substantiated or is it data obtained on a "mathematical model"?
Our indicators in Ukraine are very far from the indicated level. Now the statistics are as follows:
Number of vaccinated 2,001,130 million = 4.83% of the total population
Fully vaccinated 766,718 thousand = 1.85% of the total population
While it is good that new mass vaccination centers are constantly opening, more vaccine options have become available - Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Pfizer / BioNTech
If your country is relying on the Chinese vaccines, then may gold help you. Countries such as Chile, Indonesia, Mongolia and Turkey managed to vaccinate a large part of their populations with the Chinese vaccines, and yet all these countries are witnessing fresh spikes in infection rates. A study in Chile concluded that single dose efficacy of the Sinovac vaccine is just 3%. Other vaccines such as Sputnik, Pfizer and Moderna are showing a single dose efficacy of more than 90%, with AstraZeneca having an efficacy of more than 75%.
In addition to Sinovac, we use others. And all vaccinations are done in a 2-dose version.
At the same time, let me remind you once again that the supplies of Pfizer and AstraZeneca to Ukraine increased, and the availability / penetration into the masses became greater.
By the way, Sinovac read about the vaccine - the reviews from virologists are quite good, I don't remember the exact numbers, but it provides a level of 50%-65%
If my memory serves me correctly, in India the outbreak began in April-May, and was due to the fact that in March there was a "Festival of Colors", which was attended by a huge number of people who did not use protective equipment and safety recommendations. Perhaps now the outbreak is the second wave + the appearance of new mutations.
About the above list - the presence of Sputnik looks strange, provided that after the start of mass vaccination, only according to official data, the mortality rate increased by 25-30% year-on-year (in the open sources of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation), and in June 2021 and by as of today - the Russian Federation has become one of the new world leaders in the growth of the incidence of coronavirus. Let's not misinform people, this is a matter of honesty and real security of their lives.
But sadly that everything has change and we are currently in a new normal where all are still taking some health protocol in order to avoid the spreading of virus and become affected of it.
The majority of people in Indonesia are Muslim, some of them strongly oppose other vaccines such as Astrazeneca because they are not halal and contain pork.  Although its effectiveness is much better than Sinovac they opt for the lower effectiveness.  In fact, the Indonesian Ulema Council has allowed a vaccine containing pork as a medicine, but in society there is still turmoil.
This coronavirus period has been really good for the cryptocurrency market actually. Because after getting stuck at home, many people have met this market and learned about cryptocurrencies. And the demand increased at a high rate also. We saw that Bitcoin reached a value over $60k. Ethereum also had an incredible run.
But that run didn't last forever because now the prices are down by half of their respective ATH which means that as the world gets better with handling the pandemic, the more the prices might experience some changes but hopefully when the pandemic is over, the people who have discovered bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will stay on the platform.
COVID-19 virus heavily impacted our livelihood, economy and our daily lives.  We are one year suffering from this dreaded virus and many have lost their lives, lost their jobs and it risks the health. One of the affected is the health sector, especially our frontliners who are up until now risking their lives to save someone suffering from COVID-19. the agriculture sector is also affected due to high prices of food, we must thank our farmers and fishermen for they are our modern day heroes. They are our food heroes. With the help of our government such as providing food and loan assistance,  we will build back better and achieve the new normal. We must continue to work together to help solve this pandemic by vaccination.
