Lazy reporters need a way to come up with some headlines that will shock people.
"Hey did you know your kids are using computer money to buy drugs on the internet?!?!?!"
That's why we need to work hard to educate people about cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Media gets no views for spreading good news about bitcoin. If they were to start explaining the advantages of bitcoins in the newspaper, not a lot of people would read it. But the moment the newspaper talks about a drug bust involving bitcoin or something similar, then a lot of people get interested in reading up about it. So they just target viewers with news that interests them, and unfortunately its the bad news which does.
Nearly every new technology was first used by criminals its just the way things are.....

I am curious why the reports on bitcoin on television are somehow making bitcoin bad. Somehow many people are thinking that bitcoin is a criminals money. And while reading this article it just make sense that media has made attempts to destroy bitcoin in favor of blockchain. Is someone behind this bad publicity to bitcoins. Media will always try to spread the negativity towards common people in such an extent that they will eventually create a bad taste towards certain innovation or ideas.
In this case they always are trying to influence common people to create hate towards Bitcoin as it was used by some criminals and drug dealers.
This kind of blind bandwagon is making me hate the media.
They are always trying to gain traction to their news by spreading negative messages since people gets more attracted towards negativity as a whole.
