I disagree. Most coin values is around the same (at least the ones i'm holding) but the BTC value has dropped. It's sad really, but you can't do anything about it.

If bitcoin continues to grow so fast, then alternative coins will die. I do not really like this situation on the market. My portfolio has been bleeding for months

I think the only thing that is needed is time. Two months later, there is no doubt that many things, including altcoin, will improve. The biggest problem of the blockchain market is patience and time!

What are those that you are holding? Bitcoin has dropped and now it was good again, try to check out the prices. When you see the price of bitcoin at dip you don't have to be sad instead you had to rejoice because of that incident you can buy some more. Before I feel saddened too when I see it getting down but now I'm used to it base on my experience while I'm staying at bitcoin.

They are not actually dying, maybe we can say that its just a bad day. Tomorrow will be another day and for the altcoins to rise. Bitcoin and even ethereum is increasing its value very fast, so some consequence is that, other altcoins decreases their value. But we should also consider that it changes every time. One day its increasing, the next day its not. But for now, you should not invest all your money in a single coin to avoid being broke.

Altcoin is not dying, it will recover soon.

I think the good alts/projects are still doing pretty good, and as long as they deliver quality they can remain on top and will always rise again at some point.

The bull rull is back on the menu! The market always goes in cycles, this thread is a good example of how to not behave during months of bearish trends. Lots of people selling their coins at big losses and trying to chase the next pump (and getting burned even more in the process).

You gotta have patience if you want to succeed in crypto (or any speculative market).

Do not need to panic if there is a lot of red market. With the increase in the price of bitcoin, many altcoins are losing value, but there are promising coins that also make it possible to earn good money. Just need to have investments in different coins.

The entire market is in the red. Everyone has lost money. What do you think?
I think no one should worry about it. Because it's not a long time the coins will be low. Since Passing a few days a week or a month is constantly increasing. So it is best to wait for what will be the price trend.

I think this is very disappointing, because many investors will experience losses because of the coin has decreased

Not all coins, but I agree some of the good projects are surely dying. The reason is simple: The community of the token. Some people just do airdrops so that they can sell the tokens off for a meagre value without realising what impact that could create a collective action of many people like them. This is the reason, everyone then starts dumping and thus the coin/token eventually dies with the project failed to deliver what it potentially could have delivered. This will be changed with improvement in the community, making it better for any project which can be built only through mutual trust between developers and community.

I believe some altcoins have got very good prospect such as Ethereum, Waves. More and More ICOs using Ethereum and Waves platform, so these coins have bright future.

We just need to be patient and expect the coins that we have the price to go up, so that later we are not stuck with the price that has come down. Hold is one of the best ways, so you do not need to panic and keep waiting.

I think we should not panic because there is no good deed that panic will gave to us. We should be optimistic and see this picture as a positive side just think this is just the perfect time to buy much more coins because it is in their cheaper price and we all know those altcoins that are successful the ethereum and the litecoins they can pump back so if we lend money to it or just simply hold our holdings or invest more whatever we do the ethereum will rise aomehow and after that if you really wanted to quit altcoins then do it but do not cit off your loss.

They're not dying at all but the markets are still extremely volatile at the moment. The recent talk of banning ICO's in various countries hasn't helped and also the input from various high profile bankers. As others have said though do your research fully in any investment and only pay what you can afford to lose. If you are a nervous wreck though when you see a bunch of red arrows you may need to consider investing in something more stable.

ICOs are risky in any way. China made huge lose with this that why they banned for good. In some way many think this is good for bitcoin but still they are those who think that if they invest in alt they will gain huge amount in some year or longer period. This may be good call but many want fast entry with fast income this will not apply to alts.

We all know that Bitcoin is on the moon right now from 9,000$ to 10, 000$  before end of this year. And no wonder why most of the altcoins now are in danger to be dumped totally below 50% of their value. But still there are few altcoins remain at ease in terms of their price value like Ethereum, and other coins.
