It took me about 1.3 BTC before I realized it was impossible to win on Casino at Blackjack. I did win a little on other games they have but NEVER on Blackjack.

They dont want to pay back my deposit,i deposit on this casino and played a bit then i need it my money back and i asked for the deposited ammount back,then ...
As we talked about before ..You made three unauthorized withdrawals with another account you opened on 2020-03-22.
According to the Abuse department report: You hacked through the method of sending multiple simultaneous withdrawal requests bypassing the application (using some HTTP requests sending tool).
Since the payout request was automatically made on the site,You've managed to steal three times your money from the casino. (So that your balance was negative)
Of course, we fixed it with a security patch.
You re-create with another account on 2020-03-24 and requested a settlement after you failed to hack the previous method.
And by matching the first account and checking the logs, we found out you were the hacker. (During this time all your logs have been noted and your account has been fully monitored)
I hope you are fully justified.
and as we talked before i use tor and you said you wont require kyc and the only complain i see about that in this thread is from a guy that used multiple referral with the same ip.and this is not my case i deposit and only asked for the deposited amount back.i am not this guy you saying i am.i told you to show my proof beyond the shared ip and you didnt showed me anything.next time tell your users that your casino is not vpn/tor friendly and you should give at least my btc back that i needed.what you are doing is stealing ! i did not done any that you told i have done cause that account is not mee !!! i need my money back !!

Even if it is true that this user cheat on your site, you cant accuse him doing the same thing on other site as you have no proofs at all.
I would even suggest you to focus on clearing your red trust if you think that you did nothing as accused by above user.

Should increase the bet amount also. There are some areas need to be improved. Official social media will be a good option for both where latest news will be updated.
