on what time did you try to contact support ? there was a site i play with great support .
they reply fast before but nowadays when corona scare begun they are now delayed to reply , so i believe that delays are related to the convid-19 because you know workers are only limited this time and they are also doing something important now that the panic is still on going . also if the site support mobile app , chances are they also support mobile web access but the experience is still full on a desktop or on an app .

Nice catch!. Seems your system working as well. but, are your sure OP has same IP with refferal you shared?Do you really think I create a website that big to just abuse a site of their wacky affiliate system?
maybe they just guess you as abuser, you can complain if your IP address different from the affiliateYour website has developed, I see term of use and FAQ below, also has live chat support now.

Well , they said you could appeal so don't understand why not , You might get your comissions , especially since you've been automatically flagged by the system , meaning there s still a big chance to reason with them.

You should have a bit of patience with new casinos , remember a few months back when you were doing the giveaway on your forum , I won it , and u were constatly delaying to pay me , stating , in 12 hours , in 24 hours , in 72 hours etc until I gave up and I said I don't want it anymore
.I'm not endorsing this casino in any way , but just my humble advice , that everyone can make mistakes , especially an automated system , you aswell did them
