There are a lot of altcoins out there it depends on the one you are talking about, there are still very good altcoins out there that are still worth investing in but you don't have to just rush into any one always DYOR

That is not always the case, Take a look at CLAMS it is still around after a long time and still is not dead. [Nothing against clams ; )]It is impossible for the OP to define that, it is personal what defines a shitcoin.
