I think all depends on the price of bitcoin if at the end of this year the price of bitcoin can strengthen again most likely all altkoin will come up in 2019 which will come later.

I don't think there will be any change in the market in early 2019, because there will be no projects that attract investors, and the market will not change!
There should be a lot of change in 2019 because there is a lot of well-funded ICO's ready to get launched.But this year there was already a lot of icos too that have funded but did not succeed, only few them now are striving hard to succeed, lets just hope that more new investors will come this year or early in 2019.

I think BAT and GoChain are going to be the best altcoins for the year 2019. They have shown us how great their projects, development teams are and they will continue to do so even in 2019. So watch out for both BAT and GoChain in the year 2019 because they are going to be huge i guess.

They are too many altcoin now that have no value and it comes to be a shitcoins. And it's not worth to buy or holding it for a long term. Well if we encounter just like that maybe we need to sell it early before to going down the price of it. And maybe in this coming year of 2019 another altcoins again some have a potential altcoins and some of them are not.
I'm getting ready to invest in EOS, Cardano. They are sleeping giants, in which I personally have no doubt in. In general, if the growth of the crypto market will resume in 2019, then we will see the growth of most coins.
