Alcoins depend only on Bitcoin, which means if Bitcoin has a good price, then Alcoyne will rise in 2019. But, and if everything is the opposite, then there will be nothing to do in the crypt soon. Just communication and all. You will not earn money.
I think there are few altscoin which able to return good profit in 2019 because of their technology, Community, development team. in 2019 Neo, ada, trx, eos, xlm, xrp, zcl will be return good profit.

It will return 1300$, But you need to wait 3-4 years. There will never be an ETH that will reach 1300$ in 2019 or 2020. It has collapsed completely and needs a lot of time to recover, In 2019 or 2020 there will be more altcoin and better pass ETH
If bitcoin price will be like this at 2019, I dont expect any good news from altcoins too like 2018, first bitcoin must return to normal and can rise, then we can talk about altcoins and their prices.
It is difficult to predict the next trend of the market. but I have the feeling that altcoin in 2019 will have many improvements. Some new altcoin this year will have a full route in 2019. That's the reason I think altcoin will be a trend to be more successful of 2019-2020.

I think monero with infinity coin, cant bring more investor to invest their money to this coin.

This guy is onto something here. The LOKI team are very professional and working on an improved scalable version of Monero. I'm sure part of the plan for 2019 is moving onto a big exchange (if not sooner). At that time, there will be good profits to be made holding LOKI. Also Cryptopia NZ is a very safe exchange. Its a hold for me and let's see where the price jumps to upon a big exchange listing...

Q4 has just been running, so we can't see the development for many altcoins.
I will not comment on which altcoin or ico project. but for market recovery, maybe Q4 will provide good development next year
I want to believe that today the market will still be able to rise and get out of the situation in which it hit today, because investors are starting to leave this market and do it very quickly, I really want to believe that there will be changes.

I think that the most profitable will be coins such as xlm, eos, ada, strat. These coins in my opinion are the most promising.
not wish to mark definitive coin, but my thoughts that coins with xPOS (dPOS, TPOS or other) coins will go on top 50, times of PoW go away
I agree with your list of altcoins besides of Ripple. I do not like this coin. But I am hodloing a lot of NEO and EOS and hope that these two token will be among the greatest in our industry. Patiently waiting for another bull run to see how NEO and EOS will pump.
I also hold EOS and NEO because of its great potential and will definitely help me make a good profit in the future if I have great confidence in this market. I think people are in a difficult period and this will end soon this year as the demand for investment in 2019 will increase rapidly and the value of EOS and NEO will become more stable. 
This is a very long bear market. More than 90% of altcoins will die in this bear market, and the new cryptos will be born, so I am not sure what altcoins are worth holding because of this market make me fear.

I dont think it will have the capacity to thrive next year. Based on what I expected, our market would take 2-3 years to grow again. Because we are in a stage of market regulation and we can not do anything other than waiting for good news from the Crypto market. 
many of the investors are actually worried because of the high volatility in cryptocurrency. however, long-term investors need not be afraid of volatility at all. because they are here to stay for a longer period of time, they will have no problem at all in holding cryptocurrency for a longer period of time too.
During 2019, altcoins will work for the investor and take an uptrend in anticipation of bitcoin growth. This is my opinion and I think that the market will never calm down and will conquer new heights !
