Altcoins are falling because of bitcoin. Bitcoin is about to get out of $10k and potentially will come under it. The market sure is disappointing to look at these days but that's the proper time to get some more.
Forget those altcoins that doesn't have vision or lacks of it. Focus with those notable coins that has a working progress rather than be a fan of those that you have but doesn't show a progress.

I see out there so many potential altcoins but still can't change the market positively, bitcoin still dominance rather than altcoin, Altcoins still alternative coin, the main coin is bitcoin. So bitcoin is main control of market. Not altcoins will change the market positively but bitcoin
People no longer invest much on altcoin because there are lots of scam project nowadays, with so many altcoin that have failed, so many that have scammed investors, so many that are now trading 50% lower than their Ico price and lots more that have happened. All this are reasons behind the falling of altcoins.

because, the alts in the top 10 already proven as the best alts
Now for them it is better just to observe as altcoins do not show a good upward trend , I think better is to watch them , and not to white in them , as it is not known when they will reverse and begin to rise.

Seeing these Altcoins snoring around and some dead coins or tokens are much in the Altcoins market without any traction from potential investors around the world.if cryptocurrency. The Altcoins season will come but the time and period yet to be know.as the whole market has taken a new turn as Bitcoin take the dorminance. 
All of altcoins now in a loss, only ICON and VestChain from top 100 didn´t fall because they announced good news. But is there a trend that everything will go up until good news come?

Even bitcoin are still on struggle, if we want to see the altcoins to rise we should wait for the BITCOIN to stand higher.

With the market crashing very hard today I personally am not sure there will be an increase in the near future, this is a big correction after the increase happened before and if the price of bitcoin touches the value of 9k again, then it looks like it will be another bear market that is hard to get value high at the end of the year.

Yes. Don't know what the reason for such fall. But I still believe crypto and all will go up again. 2020 is approaching. So new ATH should come.
The only reason why altcoin is dying or at least still tanking up to this day is because most investors are allocating more funds into Bitcoin. As you can see, Bitcoin dominance is also at it's all time high as well, a clear sign that most money are in that market.
But assuming that we can see altcoin having its bull run, it could happen anytime but I'm not expecting it to happen this year though. We haven't heard any positive news around the altcoin market that will sway around investors and change their position. So let's wait for 2020 and see if altcoin can somehow revived itself and bring back the confidence of investors.
Overall market volume is decreasing from last few days which is effecting the prices of most of the coins negatively this may be due to people cashing out due to holiday week in most of the world as people celebrate Eid so im hopeful that next week volume will be back as holidays will end this week.

My opinion is that in the coming days a new season of altcoins will begin, and Bitcoin will drop to the area of $7000 - 8000 in the coming weeks. In this zone, bitcoin will bee for at least a month, and then will gradually recover and by the end of the year will achieve the best case zone $10000 - 12000.

Altcoins will not green very quickly as for now since bitcoin volatility is high. If bitcoin dumped more and saty for few days then Altcoins would start recover. Or if bitcoin pump more and stay stable then Altcoins also might start recover. During that volatility we can't expect sudden recover although few altcoin start recovering slowly. Everything is depending on bitcoin for now. But to be honest I was not expected that dump for Altcoins. Hope soon it will start recover.
