You dont have to kill yourself learn from your mistake and move along, bitcoin didnt kill the alt coins that you have invested its the developers that killed it and with no more user interaction from the market the coin will just eventually die.
Its not your fault if the coin that you have died you can still make profit just make the right decision.

There is no need to panic , its normal that people focus on bitcoin because of the price, and fork being done with btc
but at the end of the day , people always keeps altcoins, because they know sooner or later, there is one of them
