I don't see any deadish signal on altcoins right now, they've lose value that's all, in 2018 many projects that dying because they can't keep up, volume drops and liquidity got reckt too, we haven't got to that stage yet which is why I believe that BTC losing 85% of its value is the best deal.

Since the bear market hasn't ended yet, you will not see the death of altcoins now. Once the bear market is over and the bull season comes you will see a lot of shitcoins that won't be able to rise again and new projects will replace those weak projects. Gradually they will no longer be mentioned and will disappear from the market forever.

being able to survive in the current market conditions is a good thing and top coins like Ethereum and others are nothing to worry about,
however for now need to be patient waiting for the market to recover

That's a strong coin that is able to survive in a corrected market condition, this is important for us to invest in any circumstances, considering that there is not too much risk that we will accept, it's just that at this time we need to survive and not sell the coin, because almost all coins are at a low price for now, if the market recovers, then Ethereum will definitely return to normal

I don't see Tron not impacted from the last bleeding we had, every one is affected. And again, how is the Tron accumulating profits when even in the bull run, they were left behind.

Anyhow, altcoins is not dead, they are just in hibernation mode, LOL, obviously as we are in a bear market, everyone is going to suffer even the top altcoins. The thing is how are we going to take advantage of that cheap price again? Are we going to fill our bags in this bearish trend? or just completely forgot altcoins overall?

They are quite different and that was because they belong to the highly respected projects in the market which are known for their profitability and for long-term investment. Yet, dead is worth calling for useless and shitcoins, they are expected to die during the market crash, and sadly, another set of shitcoins to pop up then after.

Therefore, making a choice of these coins are worth enough. We don't have to feel worried, not even to think negatively as they all will rally once the market recover.

when the price of alcoin is going down, many say alcoin is dead, some even say bitcoin is gone, but when the price of bitcoin goes up, everyone says they are lucky who still hold bitcoin and big coins like eth coin and bnb coin, this has been proven in 2018 many say crypto or digital currencies like bitcoin are dead but in 2020 many people regret releasing bitcoins at cheap prices in 2018 this history repeats itself this year. so be careful with hoax news or don't be easily influenced by circumstances, make sure if the coin price goes down it will definitely go up again because basically the coin price will not be stable.

Probably all altcoins will survive this bear cycle, as they have in the past. Even a scam like LUNA will remain. The only question is which coins will then be at the top. For example 5 years ago it was a different top from which only ETH and XRP remain, which will probably also disappear from the top 10. For example I think DOT won't be in the top for long either, like EOS once was.

It is unlikely that all altcoins will survive this bear cycle, because indeed some of them will sink and die in the market, but we also cannot guess which coin will be in the top 10 position for the next 5 years, except only bitcoin and Ethereum that's for sure. Talking about the altcoin market, it cannot be separated from the development and strength of these coins in surviving in any conditions, but what we need to know, not all altcoins have that strength.

a lot of people are disappointed with altcoins, I understand that, because my portfolio is currently on all altcoins, 100% on altcoins,

Well it is normal that we experience bear seasons in crypto, for now many newbie investors surely loss because of panic selling, just always remember that we will not loss if we didn't sell at loss it is a matter of decision for now the best choice is to hold. Because we are experiencing a bear market and all price of the altcoins are affected.

I don't think you're getting this right, but honestly, for me, altcoins always present different opportunities and risks. They are, honestly, but the altcoins you are referring to have also brought huge profits to a lot of people, and the current losers may have come after the subsequent FOMO, so they can't be blamed for current developments. But let's see the fact that this market is very fair. If you don't have enough knowledge, investing in any field has many potential risks.
