I guess medium risk NEO and OMG are good choices. For a higher risk - yield ratio my picks are Aeternity and Ardor. Both seem to be solid projects with massive gain potential in the long term in my opinion.

Bitquence I think is nice. I think the ethereum will also be good to hold for a long time. We can see from its potential now. Look for coins to hold with high popularity, then I think it will have a future.

2-3 years holding is worth it! altcoins will be in demand in the next few years and i think bitcoin will have a correction and price may stable that time. so 2-3 years is a biggest gain that you'll have..

I will never hold altcoins that long as it can be very risky as you never know when price will crash so instead of holding too long I will keep on buying and selling regularly when its giving me enough profits on my investments.

As you know bitcoin it stand alone so would definitely buy Bitcoins, but if you want to buy some altcoins, should be ETH based altcoins

Appcoins is one of the best options if you want to hold them for 2.....3 years
