When you start thinking about Altcoin's future then you have to think about how many Altcoin projects exist in this current context, it's a huge amount. so it's too difficult to verify a good project within those altcoins, so maintaining a good platform you need to control over the entity of market, otherwise, bad intended people always trying to find a whole to make some noise by making scam project, in this way, almost above 70% of altcoin project became obsolete scam project in recent time, so regarding this matter, I'm worried about the market of Altcoin as well as the future of Altcoin, on the other hand, some of existing brilliant and popular altcoin has done very smartly and getting accepted around the people. So the Altcoin future is safe I think.

with the presence of new altcoin in my opinion will not affect the future of old altcoin such as Ethereum, Ripple, Waves, Dogecoin and others .. because many new altcoins are currently unable to compete in various markets and eventually they will become shitcoin in various markets ..
Altcoin price on the future depend on how bitcoin price, if bitcoin still with lower price maybe the future of altcoin still dark. We need bitcoin can cross price above $15k and altcoin will come back at the higher price with end of 2017, where altcoin season on the top price. XRP could raised to $4 and now have lower price.
