Is it possible that we see another altcoin season, if Bitcoin breaches the all-time high and go above 20k? Do you find a direct correlation?
We can totally see that when bitcoin grew to $ 20k suddenly. everything will happen as quickly as the last months of 2017 and will gradually fade away like 2018. and I believe that things will not happen so quickly in the future. everything needs to be stable and grow slowly because investors are now more experienced and the whales are no longer able to manipulate like they used to be.

I think altcoin has it's own season rather than wait for bitcoin price pump, because i've just seen the market coin'sbprice on coinmarketcap and there are 3 altcoin who has more than 10% growth just in 24 hours so i think altcoins are having their own season
You are missing the point of what an altcoin season actually means, when people talk about an altcoin season what they mean is that most altcoins in the market are going up in value, it is obvious that when there are thousands of coins in the market there are going to be a few isolated cases of coins going up in value faster than bitcoin, and while I am glad for anyone that is invested in those coins and it is obtaining profits that is not an altcoin season at all.
It possible because the market goes up because we predict that a lot of altcoins pump up gradually as a bitcoin token goes up hence we also see that in past the whenever the price of bitcoin increases it create the great influence in coin market cap.

there may be some alts who have their own season but the overall alt is influenced by bitcoin movements. it could be that the alt you see, maybe just released a good development update from the team. I myself do not really agree with your opinion but your opinion is not wrong because in reality what you see is indeed a truth.

It may be because we last time when a bull happened all the ALT coins also follow although somewhat long, but in the next bull it is possible only BTC to be up and partly rank ALT top.
See the many tokens that are not worth the list in the market, they only do the pump and dump schemes, so the chances of the alt will remain stable when the bull occurs even greater.

I don't think so. The altcoin season will usually cause all coins to grow and continually reach new highs when that happens. Currently, the bear market is still in a downtrend and there are not many signs of an upcoming recovery so the rise of altcoin prices often happens random. This time should still be more careful and should only choose to invest when the market has great improvement.

Bitcoin's dominance is very high and if Bitcoin starts to rise to $20k, the dominance will increase even more, so it is unlikely that alts will start to grow very much up and go crazy
That was not the case last December 2017, btc had its ATH that time but altcoins followed and they even are more profitable than bitcoin. If the same trend will happen, we will see bitcoin dominance to decrease and altcoins to increase.
I would rather see that because it give balance growth to the market, if bitcoin dominance keep growing, altcoins will die and I don't think it would happen because altcoins also have a future, its part of the market and they are currently oversold, therefore my prediction would be an increase of altcoins will result to bitcoin's dominance.

You're right. This market is heavily dependent on the value of Bitcoin so hopefully this coin can return to $20,000 again in 2020. I think now some of the top 100 coins are at The price is very suitable for investing and before you invest, you should plan to manage the property in the best way. This year Bitcoin is seeing a very high price improvement and will maintain this increase until it reaches a new high.Of course this is just my personal prediction and everything depends very much on the investment needs so I hope that everything will go smoothly in the future.
I doubt the price of altcoins will soar after the $20k BTC price, the consequences of higher BTC price will definitely affect the market performance of the altcoins but it is not the reason why altcoins should go higher together with top cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin and altcoins have to go together for the time being but for now the dominance of Bitcoin is overwhelm all altcoins. I think it will take a long time before the altcoin season reappears. At the moment, investors are still not interested in this market and the large volatility is the main reason they are quite worried when investing. Now it is hard to predict what will happen next but I believe the market will return to 2017 again.
Sorry to disagree with you that I don’t think that the market will return to that 2017 again, because prior to 2017, we don't have bad projects as much as we have it no, and the scam rate in the cryptocurrency industry as not as strong then as it is now, and the only thing that has really not made investor to enter the market is because they are all very scared of the project that we have now, and of this fear of being scammed is still In them, then tell me what you think will actually make the market go back to that year 2017 again when we had lots of investors patronizing the altcoin market. I have even zeroed my mind a little bit in believing that there will be any altcoin season and I am more into bitcoin investment for now because this is the coin that I know that investors can never avoid to use because of its importance.
It looks like it will be different from 2017 where Altcoins up aswell follow the price of Bitcoin which rose dramatically. Currently, we can compare the volume very different as if the traders and investors choose to rest and secure their assets. at least investors/traders have their own warnings before Bitcoin reaches 20k USD.

Altcoin went crazy during the bullish run last December 2017 but since the market is so volatile there is no assurance that alts will rise once Bitcoin goes up though anything is possible. Crypto people become clever and very picky with alts which means if Bitcoin rally then only few altcoin will benefit from it.
As long as that alt is useful and been impressive even the bitcoin doesn't perform well then It can guarantee that alt will increase also. Like just what happens this last October the sudden increase of BTC that leads to some alts to have rally too and those alts are those that been actively updating that is able to increase. Some alts just can't survive the markets volatility after the 2017 ATH.
