you should try to get on poloniex that's good exchange and they don't ask for "bribes" every week to keep it listen like bittrex.

I'm pretty sure now that the network is stable it will be easy for the exchanges to come back online. I'm almost back up to my normal 25 peers. At the moment I'm connected to 21 peers and all is well. Staking and waiting on the dividends!
