for me i pick JEB BUSH
he got the experience
he got a president bloodline
he can make america great again

who you got and who you prefer and why?
Hillary Clinton because I want America to have her first woman president now
if that's the sole basis on what you decide who you want your next president to be, you should never try to discuss politics. i dont give a dank if the next president is the next  trans snowflake nonbinary potato handed black woman, i just want them to do their job right which no president in a long time has done.

Alright, I have to say that made me chuckle.

I am usually liberal, but depends on topic.

I understand why not Clinton, too much media BS, but who then?
Give me your opinion, as I can understand where you come from Smiley

Trump is my choice. He is not controlled by anyone. He speaks bold and brave. Hope he will walk the talk as well
I'm not American so I shouldn't really choose here but if Trump wins politics won't be boring for sure Cheesy
I can confirm this, MAKING AMERICA A JOKE!
(UP like a trap / DOWN like a clown)

Ah...

You might want to rethink that.

Mexico might be the joke.
China or Russia might be the joke.

He sounds good. His plan is good on paper.

BUT!

How is he going to pay for all of this stuff? Did you know that if he does everything he says he is going to do, it will cost him 18 TRILLIONS$?

He is just lying...

And that is the key ingredient for any republican arguing any democrat/socialist ... They make all of these wonderful programs to help Americans in need, and just simply put it on the I.O.U tab to China.  It won't be long before the debt will be something our great great grandkids will have to deal with.

I would definitely prefer Bernie Sanders, but it seems he and Hilary have similar agendas.

Bernie Sanders seems to me to be the most progressive, and reasonable, candidate available - his policies, many of which he seems to have held since, like, forever now, are quite sensible and, looking at some of his interviews, he is pretty straight forward about what they are, and how he would put them in place.

i said earlier in this thread that i like rand paul even though hes not got a hope in hell, but now my cynicism has the better of me and i hope trump gets it. i know he is un-electable but i would love to see the gong show that would be American politics if he did win. utterly ridiculous and good for comedic relief.

TEAM TRUMP! MAKE AMERICA GRATE!

If Trump where to win, I feel like USA would then be a bigger joke than what it has already become in the first place... But it would be really really interesting to see what would happen if he were elected.  Unfortunately, if it were to be Trump vs. Sanders.. Sanders would win by a landslide victory.  The Republican party really needs to look at that fact and weigh their options carefully if they want to win.

Given the Republican vote that might not be completely true
Confidence in Trump as their best shot seems to be rising 40 to 4% between Bush -trump now.
(Ha-ha but its way way to early)

At the very least he has taught the Republican party platform a lesson or two.

You really want another Bush in office?! Come'on man, this isn't England...it's not a monarch!

I'd choose Ben Carson or Marco Rubio (in that order) but either has yet to win me over. Carson has made some really dumb comments.

What the US needs is a candidate that's bent on fiscal responsibility - ONLY.

Usually I want a Republican for president. This time I want a Democrat so that he/she can get blamed for the war that Obama is setting us up for.

I would like to see either Bernie Sanders, or Larry Lessig, elected.

Bernie Sanders seems to me to be the most progressive, and reasonable, candidate available - his policies, many of which he seems to have held since, like, forever now, are quite sensible and, looking at some of his interviews, he is pretty straight forward about what they are, and how he would put them in place.

On the other hand, Larry Lessig, if elected, plans to deal exclusively with campaign finance and election reform, after which he would resign; the reasoning behind it being that, until corruption in politics is addressed, it will always distort important issues, and prevent them from being dealt with in a manner that reflects the public interest.

The US is on cruise-control and who is "elected" really makes no difference, those who are truly in control pull the strings and will never let any true change occur - JFK was the closest thing to a real president this country had and we all know how it ended for him once he sought to put an end to the Federal Reserve with Executive Order 11110.

Pretty funny. As far as I know back in the eighteenth century Americans started a war because of an unelected official (the king) overtaxed them, the parliament limited their rights and freedom, the Brittish nobility were nasty and looked down on them, plus if they complained then someone kicked their asses. Today some unelected officials overtaxing them, the parliament limiting their rights and freedom, the politicians and billionaires (local "nobility") are nasty and looking down on them, plus if they complaining then someone will kick their asses, but they looks happy. This makes no sense for me... Huh

Calm down.  You know JebHillary will take care of you.
