Obama is a nothing compared to Trump, obama won the lottery when billionaire backers put up the money, his claim to fame a community organizer.

Trump is a leader obama leads with his pen.

For 8 years, inaccurately, everything has been blamed on Bush.

Now, and rightfully so, for the next 8 years everything will be blamed on Obama.

The new Prez can do no wrong.

for me i pick JEB BUSH
he got the experience
he got a president bloodline
he can make america great again

who you got and who you prefer and why?
President blood line? Are you serious? So you like him because he will make a great corrupt politician like his family members?
unfortunately, people here in america actually think like this, and hence the poor state of american politics. people that actually think like this are allowed to vote. let that sink in for a moment.

After so many years could you guys elect someone who isn't the doormat of some banksters and big corporations? You know, just for the change... Those retards in the last 10-15 years were a really dismal bunch. BTW if you want to keep mocking the position of the POTUS, then I'd suggest Hulk Hogan for president Wink

Na, it has to be Kayne West 2020 since he was trolling I mean announcing his candidacy in the MMVA's Smiley
In a bizarre world though I would certainly enjoy Hulk Hogan Kicking it in the United States vs Trump in the most extreme WWE bout to date ha-ha.

There is no difference. Red and blue have the same owners. If you want change wote 3rd party or not at all. I know Americans get confused if they get more than the 2 false choices they have, but that's the only way to get something else than the fascist puppies that rules you

Hmm what's the difference between them anyway?
The elected president will change anything from what he promised before the elections? Not really tho... (you can check their promesses before & after)
The only difference is that the decisions in the white-house ill be taken from the president+his entourage+''others'' or from his entourage+''others'' (if he isn't too politically experienced).
That's my point of view.

I fully support Trump because he is the only one that is really "indepedant" since he isn't owned by anyone. He has so much money that no one could corrupt him, or a really few people.

Sure.  Yeah.  Let's just not see 1M germans turn out for Obama's international campaign which netted him 90M in slush illegal campaign funds which after elected his Justice department never looked into.

It really hasn't been discussed here at all, but what are y'alls opinion of Ben Carson for president? He is one of those candidates that give me a warm fuzzy feeling inside, for no reason at all. I mean he's a really knowledgeable person and everything, and a great doctor, but I don't know how he would do in the political game of things.  He brings up some good issues like the health care issues, but other than that, I don't know what he could do for the country... but yet, I still like the guy...
a flat tax fundamentalist christian who thinks the president should be allowed to ignore courts, a great doctor who left a sponge in a patient's brain

Trump because only he is the one not owned by anybody

Agreed, hes been on TV enough that we know what he stands for and well I rather have someone I know has positions than a continuation of the Politically Correct.

This topic could use a base line
Try, I side with then post the results here surprisingly if you do the expanded questions it can change your alignment
https://www.isidewith.com/political-quiz

Showed up with Bernie in the expanded and Trump using the short one without expanded detail lol.

Hillary Clinton because I want America to have her first woman president now
if that's the sole basis on what you decide who you want your next president to be, you should never try to discuss politics. i dont give a dank if the next president is the next  trans snowflake nonbinary potato handed black woman, i just want them to do their job right which no president in a long time has done.

I agree with you but still Hillary Clinton is my favorite candidate. ...
Okay, Betwrong is betting Hillary.  Kind of makes sense, you know.

well said Grin
honestly though. i feel bernie sanders as the next president might do the country some good, hes already planning on cracking down on the pharmaceutical industry, 4 years is a lot of time for improvements you know. as for hillary, she wont become president with the whole email scandal thing going on.

I'm not an American, just an interested outside observer, but I would love to see Rand Paul as president. even though i know it will never happen he has the best platform and policy, the USA could do really well to have a guy like him in charge.

it will never happen unfortunately. the system down there is so corrupt i dont think any American can even see clearly any more. they do vote with their hearts, its just their hearts are blackened by hatred fear and shame.

As much as it pains me to say, you are completely right.  Both political ideologies that dominate the American system have come to be like rooting for Coke vs. Pepsi; Mac vs. PC; etc. etc. ...

People here don't think for themselves any more, and the real terribly thing about the politics here is that if you do and want to create another party that could combine these two ideologies or does something better... you are ridiculed and basically have no chance because everyone wants to stick to their "party".. I guess that could be said about every other country with a democratic voting system though. Politics in general are corrupt... but its a necessity for a country to survive, unfortunately.

They are all corrupt, for starters just Google Clinton corrupt and clinton foundation corruption also bill clinton corruption

Yeah go vote for those who take away from you on a daily basis. you earned it all.
Totally, the Clintons are about as corrupt as they come irl. Many people have turned up dead by getting in their way or having the misfortune to be the fall guys for them. Not to mention, Bill was taking bribes from the Chinese Commies and in return, was allowing export waivers for them to get American missile encryption technology which is treason. Hillary one-upped her "husband" by shaking down foreign leaders for hundreds of millions as the Sec of State, then allowed deals to be made to help them out at the expense of this country and our allies.

Too much power has been allowed to corral in the executive's hands so a guy like Trump would be the worst to benefit from it. This guy would set up a bigger police state than we already have and people would cheer it on just to deport all the illegals yet it would cost something outrageous. Just cut off entitlements to illegals and they'd self deport. The productive would keep doing what they currently are and I'm fine with that. Only Rand Paul's tax policy will give this country a chance to redeem its economy and job market plus he wouldn't abuse executive powers and Congress would mean something again.

As much as I would love to see Rand get elected president, or even just get put on the Republican's ticket; I think we all know that isn't going to happen.  I don't think Trump will put in a police state, because he would have to somewhat abide by what the party wants to do, and that is to give the states more power and the Fed less power.  He is a genius in the business world, and I think that he would figure out some way to implement some sort of clever scheme to cut the entitlements off in a realistic fashion...

Then again, no one really knows... It would be the first time a true corporate superstar will be in the oval office, so there's no telling what would happen.  It would really be funny to see the politics being played if it was Trump vs. Sanders for 2016 ... Such total opposites...
