I'm not sure what the issue is with the new price point. I bought the ipo at 0.00125/share, I've been paid a total dividend of 0.00009348/share to date, so the ex-dividend price would be 0.00115652, right? And that's not including dividends paid between now and the first dividend of the second offering. A price of 0.0012 still provides value to initial investors, unless I'm missing something.

The AMHASH2 offer will be open for 7 days.

The AMHASH2 Fund is a continuation of AMHASH1

Every unit you purchase from AMHASH2 will be swapped for AMHASH1 in your account.

You can continue to trade and receive dividends with those units right away.

As an investor at .00125 I am not upset.  I have already made more than the .00005 price drop.  And given that I don't have to worry about pool luck
I will buy in this one too rather than mine.

Is there any IPO duration for AMhash 2 ?
Or once you buy you have automaticaly an AMhash1 with the dividend that comes with it that day ?

Price announced for AMHash2: 0.0012. 500,000 units available
1) available tomorrow, they just screwed over all the amhash1 ipo buyers
2) it's a 500th cloud, that rather than be another ipo round in amhash1, decided to be a seperate fund for no good reason.
3) the ipo is entirely copied and pasted from amhash1. pricing, 5ph claim, everything is a total copy and paste job under the guise of a new asset.

This is total nonsense. Glad I passed on the first round, since these guys have no clue what they are doing

Yeah this move is not very smart. I like how they claimed they had big buyers knocking on the door... Wonder where they are now?

They also allegedly have 2 or 3 more PH they want to sell and after seeing how they treated the first round of buyers why would anyone get more? Not to mention once the fuck over the next group how many you think will come crawling back to get beat on the third round?

Havelock is also a low liquidity market so not sure where they expect this next onslaught of buyers to come from if the first round didn't sell out.

This just has unprofessionalism written all over it. A little transparency would go a long way.

i imagine it will ipo for the same price, 0.00125, current shares have been tading at this range.

if difficulty rises 10% (big if's) then this still can be slightly profitable starting next week at 0.00125 and anyone who bought amhash1 will be even happier.

yeah, seems like a good investment at the moment. The cheapest and most effective cloud mining that I found so far...

Why not simply introduce new shares continuously and sell at market price?

Market price much higher.  Who would buy it?

The market price is defined as the price at which people buy. Currently, shares are sold and bought at slightly above IPO prices, so that is the current market price.

Instead of making one big offering of new shares at some more or less arbitrary below market price, it would also be possible to introduce new shares in a piecemeal fashion over an extended period of time and sell them at market price. The price of the shares would adjust downwards in both cases, but in the second scenario no shares would be sold at artificially low prices and the price would adjust gradually instead of spontaneously.

Do you plan another PO of shares ? or the shares can be now acquired only on the Market ?

We will promote the AMHash2 very soon, thanks for your attention.

Make sure its either separated a good time apart from the first ipo or its different enough to not affect the amhash1 investors too much

We'll consider the general situation, thank u.
