If the diff increases average out at 10% (this is a crapshoot) then you'll barely make a profit over the initial investment (if you pay IPO price).
Of course, nobody really knows what the future diff trend is. I'm going to call it right now at averaging less than 10% per jump over the next year, but I'm a random guy on the internet.
