For anyone coming late to the party...  The chain split at block 344310..  We seem to have fixed the error.. but you will need to re-sync your wallet to a node that has the correct chain.
Go to your config file and:

Addnode=108.61.164.102.10101

Delete all other nodes and click "Save"

Then in the "Wallet Repair" tab click "Delete Local Blockchain Folders"
Wallet will re-start and sync to correct chain
Thanks to BAKfr  for your help fixing this problem!

Seems like the chain is stuck at block 374005..  Can anyone confirm if their wallet is still connected and producing blocks?

Anyone else having problems with the Windows QT wallet?  I have been running a MN for about 7-8 months and never had a problem.. but I lost sync a few days ago and I have not been able to get it to connect since then.

I jumped on my laptop which has Linux and swapped all the config/wallet files over and was able to sync up using the Linux wallet.. but still no luck with the windows wallet.. I tried re-syncing the entire chain several times, and it always gets stuck at block 295598..  3 connections.. but no progress on the chain..

Hmm, I was surprised, in August I buried this project when the blockchain stopped, and now I see that it works. I launched a wallet, quickly synced, and after a couple of hours started receiving a POS reward with my 5000 coins. Can't find blockexplorer, is it there?
Welcome back !!! I can't find a working explorer either.  The discord went down a couple days ago.  Haven't heard from but the Dev in almost a year.  Seems 0x1 just keeps slowly trucking along on it's own.  Still being traded on Crex, file sharing works perfectly, POS keeps spitting out blocks, so not a dead coin.  Here is my most recent config file:

daemon=1
staking=1
enablezeromint=0
rpcuser=Any username
rpcpassword=Any pass

The blockchain is no longer stuck. There was a small bug in the code preventing the first POS block to be generated. I've worked around the problem to generate this block, and now, everything is in order.
So, Staking is fully working.

You can enable it by adding this line in you config file (ox1.conf):
Code:
staking=1

Now it appears the blockchain is stuck at block 101,000. How is the chain supposed to progress?

Why does everyone feel this coin needs an update from the dev?  It's already a functioning product..  The file sharing portion of the wallet works.. and works well with very good transfer speeds.  Proof of Stake is about to start.. and it's already built in to the wallet...  Why do the dev's need to update anything?  If anything they could do a bit more advertising to spread the word that this is an excellent solution for anyone not wanting to send files via Dropbox or Email etc.  I guess I'm just perplexed as to why everyone needs their hand held...  this isn't like other projects where they have no working product, and need to ensure everyone that their investment is actually being put to good use.....  The wallet already has everything it needs to do what was intended by the developer of this coin... "If it ain't broke.. don't fix it!"

And for anyone who thinks this coin is "dead"..  Currently 71 Masternodes and 42TH of hashing power on luckyaltcoin pool alone...  obviously there are a few people who disagree with you!  With all the privacy issues coming out about the facebook's and google's of the world... the time for this coin to shine has yet to come!

I can't agree with you more (except for Dev saying hello every once and a while). This is a simple product that works. And it is still in it's baby stage. We "the community" is what is going to drive this product.

help me Windows Wallet error (out of sync)

huan3c,

Did you get it figured out? You need to put the addnodes in your "wallet config file".  Below are some addnodes.

Copy and paste just as they are into your "Wallet Configuration File". In the wallet - Tools - Wallet Configuration File - Copy & Paste - File - Save - Restart Wallet. You should be good to go after you reopen the wallet. Let me know if it doesn't.

addnode=80.241.216.179:10101
addnode=108.61.87.236:10101
addnode=140.82.4.132:10101

The idea will be useful!
Seamless activity,  detailed and profitable website!  Good luck all.

What do you see as the uniqueness and prospects of the project? Owners of old ASIC will be able to have some more fun?) The founder of Maricoin at least made the exchange for his fork of bitcoin) And why created this coin? Repeat the success of bitcoin it is unlikely to succeed.

Hello 0x1Knowledge,

I hope all is well! I am an investor in 0x1 and really like the idea of file sharing. I am in the process of setting up MN's to support the network. I am referring new people to the coin and getting them in the Discord. I would like to join the Discord MOD team. I am on Discord quite a bit and I think I could bring an up beat and consistent presence in the Discord room. I can work on posting MN set up guides and hopefully set up guides for file sharing (I haven't started on this yet). I would really like to be on the team and help grow the community. Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks in advance,
PurpleHat
