I think I have been banned from your discord - I don't know why ,except that I mined at 97kh with 2 vega rigs on 2 pools and I have 25k xun blocked payment on gamma pool

When people do not understand something & keep arguing just because they think they know it all there is no point to keep wasting time with arguments.

I ban people who acts irrationally because its just a pure waste of time for everyone.  In a constructive discussion( which includes a good load of criticism etc) which we have very often there is a 2 way traffic discussion.

Your argument about the block thing was just one sided. You did not want to go through the hassle of having to re-download the blocks and relaunch the wallet. It can be annoying YES but the fact that WINDOWS sends UPDATES & Changes some configs on you computer preventing the wallet to sync  is OUT of our control. If you want to use Dogecoin or Litecoin or some other empty shell coins which is equivalent to a Swiss Cheese with little privacy, please go ahead they will sync with your Windows machine easily all the time since they have very low level of barriers.

The only other reasons why we need to resync the wallet by getting the blocks from the website is when we:

1 consolidate the network by implementing changes on the Algo
2 Forked from CN to CN Lite for ASIC resistance
3 Launch a new wallet with new features

UltraNote Team is constantly working to improve & innovate the infrastructure to provide the best Privacy Coin platform on the market. May be you do not like having new updates on the network & would prefer to have a coin which does zero improvement & development just to avoid having to update your wallet blocks. It takes only 5 mins to do it. How LAZY can You Be Seriously?

We told you when we were talking about the block situation that we had a solution to this and we were going to implement it on the next wallet version... Did YOU listen or acknowledge this? Of Course NOT because you were just close minded sitting on your very own little cloud of I know it all. Again you came back with your silly argument about the Sync.   How shallow can you be by comparing XUN sync with other Coins. This already shows how off track you are about this. You are comparing XUN with other coins while we do not use same Algo & same Set up. If you are trying to compare how a 5 Tons Truck drives compared to a Ferrari or what it takes to maintain a 5 tons truck vs what it takes to maintain a Ferrari my friend, I am sorry to tell you that you have no idea what you are talking about. Not because a pigeon can fly it means that an Ostrich should fly too just because they are both birds & have wings.

There is No point in giving warning to people before they get banned. If you are too persistent in thinking  that you know it all there is no point of hosting the discussion anymore that's  all. So in a way or an other you know why you got banned.

Its not unusual to get banned there. One of the devs wants to have an echo chamber and doesnt allow any discussions/critics (yes constructive critics and not FUD). What bothers me as well was, that you dont get any warning/reason before you get banned, you just get banned and then unbanned after some time.

Thats the reason im not in discord anymore and just follow the project through bitcointalk and other channels.

I was asking that in discord and was banned. Because I said that proposed "solution" to load blockchain as a zip file with higher blocks data then those around ~191997 is a crutch, not a solution as itself. Yes it works, but you will always need to do that if by some reason blockchain should sync from scratch.
Dev is complaining about some windows update that spoils the sync. Dozens of other wallet sync - if they not sync their devs fix it.
But this "dev" think that unability to sync from scratch is normal. Strange logic.

if you go through the Whitepaper of the project, you will see that there’s a system to ensure stability, no matter what market does. It'sreally good designed system and makes a lot of sense.

Hi my wallet is stuck at 191998 on windows tried to realod the blockchain had no effet.
The log file says :2018-Sep-02 19:23:34.592771 INFO [Blockchain] Block <7ca16d9e437ed8e4238cd60b94163d0221120fc60f4a6ca2bd60b4b9fea7f398> has wrong major version: 2, at height 191998 expected version is 3

Any idea's ?

UltraNote is not an ASIC friendly Coin.
ASIC miners have been banned on the network until the fork. This is normal and there is not way to remove the ban.
