since i never actually traded on Livecoin, just have an account, i have sent a test tx of something else (EOS) to Livecoin to test deposit working

https://bloks.io/transaction/788f3d60654e508ad6eef4f7c0fd42d4a669b9d8baaa6a92dcddf6f335fbde1a

Their EOS wallet is out of sync. Check the wallet status before make a deposit.

We must return LiveCoin trading pairs back to coinmarketcap. I need community help to support volume there...

BTC pair is a added, ETH and USD left. And also Novaexchange.

Is it known if or how many 42-coin has been lost on Cryptopia?

~2 coins.

Good energy here! I can start trading on Live Coin in three weeks.

And let's not assume Cryptopia is finished.

EDIT:  articles mention the theft of Eth and Centrality. So, it may take months; but it seems okay to assume that things will work out okay.

We are on XBTS. I was trading there. But my computer is in the shop. Could someone set up there? and post a review?

And we have three pairs on Live Coin, an exchange on which you can only see the pairs if you have an account. Ages ago, I disliked LC, but they have turned out to be very solid.

And a Final Thought:

42-coin, although low volume, has been in the top 0.5% of solid-performance cryptos since the 2017 crash. Our dev is present and active. Our blockchain is good. We have other exchanges. We're good!!

oh man!!??  cryptopia is down??  I remembered a few years ago when Cryptsy and Cryptopia were the only exchange that traded 42coin.  Cryptopia had a fair market to exchange and the first to exchange 42-coin!!  They use to have pools to mine to and could even mined 42 coin for a limited time and even had BTC market to spend bitcoins on with real items you can buy like mining rigs or t-shirts!!!  Even though Crytopia had its issues< I personally never had a issue with transactions and I trusted the website which is rare now a days but this time unlike with Cryptsy ....

                  42-coin forever!!!!

Whoooo!

Just heard about the Cryptopia hack.

Don't panic. IMZ and Laser have dealt with stuff like this before. Me still on holidays, but back next month.

Strategy:

Write reviews of all our exchanges. Post them here. Discuss getting volume on which exchanges? Discuss some other initiatives.

2019 is going to be a great year for 42

It's true about the reverting back to the default language of the OS, but still, I can see how a lot of people might interpret this wrong. In that sense I would think some effort to run the wallet in a VM on an English OS would not be a bad idea, just for screenshot purposes.

I have an operating system in Russian and the wallets immediately run on it.
But in the settings of the wallet, you can choose any language, there is no problem with that.

Of course, this also should be a possibility. Might be a good thing to do when taking screenshots, even if it just means catering to a more international audience.

I must say, I read one of Andrey123 posts in the BlackCoin thread and for me I also started to doubt when I saw Cyrillic characters (sorry) and a file hosted on Mega.

I just wanted to say the Cyrillic thing had nothing to do with my post - I work with a lot of Russian speaking individuals in Lisp communities on irc and telegram. Scammers can be found amongst any national group. Remember your wallet will default to the language used by your operating system in most cases.
