I must say, I read one of Andrey123 posts in the BlackCoin thread and for me I also started to doubt when I saw Cyrillic characters (sorry) and a file hosted on Mega.

I just wanted to say the Cyrillic thing had nothing to do with my post - I work with a lot of Russian speaking individuals in Lisp communities on irc and telegram. Scammers can be found amongst any national group. Remember your wallet will default to the language used by your operating system in most cases.

Previously, I saved it on Dropbox, but people asked me to save it on Mega.
And I thought it was a good option.

Do consider making a key, and then stake it in this thread . If you need assistance getting GPG set up I am more than happy to help, just message me.

I am 1000% more likely to try one's code if it is at least signed, even if hosted on mega - though indeed there are more professional venues for such things.

I used to mine cryptocurrency with video cards and used a miner from Claymore.
He also has all the files placed on the Mega.

In any case, thanks for the advice and I will consider it!

I have been geeking with Shinohai for YEARS. He enjoys the trust and support of all the members of our aliance. I will follow his advice on this issue.

I do not mind checks!
Just install the Jesse operating system on your Rapsberry.
Install dependencies and run the wallet.

In there are no viruses, as I wrote above, the wallet is assembled from files downloaded from the GitHub coin developers.

It's mostly advice to make you appear a bit more professional. To wit:

1. Why Mega? This is the #1 haven for bad actors. This should be hosted on shithub or gitlab at very least.
2. Strip your executable of debug symbols before uploading. This has the benefit of reducing size, which is a big consideration for RasPi and SBC users.
3. This is crypto. Get a GPG key and sign your work if you are proud of it, so we know "Yes, this is really Andrey123's work and not someone else impersonating him". At the very least, sha512sum the resulting bin so one can verify it hasn't been tampered with.
4. Without a key, you really don't exist in crypto. (See #3)

It's admirable that you are producing things like this for those that are unable, and your binary did work for me in a sandbox with 0 problems. But in this day and age one simply cannot be too careful.

Some good tips here.

Maybe you can reduce these feelings of doubt by following the above tips.

I absolutely, 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone running an unsigned binary like this until someone has vetted it. Will take a look at it when I get a chance to run it on a sandboxed VM.

Friend, I value my reputation and I can give the word that there are no hidden viruses in the file and never will be!!!!!

I collect all the wallets from the sources published on GitHub.
There are also positive reviews about the wallets of other coins that I created.
Even VirusTotal determines almost all wallets, all coins, as a Bitcoin miner and reports this, and this is normal ...

2018-11-08 10:22 - You Want Deposits? We Give You ALL Deposits!

We promised you a while ago that we would open new deposits every week. And now, its over. ALL assets on Nova are open for deposits starting in the afternoon of Friday 9 November (CET).

That's right. We're wrapping things up and we're getting ready for the re-opening of Nova Exchange. To open all coins for deposits is a proper leap towards that goal.
In 10-12 days we will announce the date for re-opening. Remember, this is the promise we wanted to make damn sure to keep? It is coming.

I can not log in in my account in Livecoin any more... they don't send me the authorization code in my registered email. So I can see my balance but only this. I can not even contact the support, any idea what happening with Livecoin? My 42 is trapped there at the moment.

I always had good customer service from them, Than. And this is an important development.

One of the Venezuelans is trading on Livecoin. I will talk to him tomorrow.

And the anon practice starts in couple of days -- got a glitch with my Net data!

ACTUAL NEWS FOR ALL CLIENTS

Created 08.10.2018 17:45

Dear clients, we encountered critical issues with a few servers, including mailing server and server with encrypted security settings, like PIN, IP-Whitelist, Google 2FA, API keys.
The data WAS NOT discredited, but lost. Please also note that passwords WAS NOT lost, they are working as usual. Therefore, we decided to open Exchange in limited mode, so clients could restore additional security measures. Another one issue with mail server resulted in notifications which some clients recieved about withdrawals which belong to another accounts. Your funds are in safe, but we ask you to restore additional security settings which were lost.

If you are a Customer of Livecoin and you cannot get access to your account due to: loss of Google 2-FA, blocking of IP address or for any other reason, please, send a request to [email protected] with detailed description of the issue. Account access recovery requests will only be accepted if they are sent from the same e-mail address as was used to open your account at registration. If you repeat a request on the same issue without waiting for a reply to the first request, you'll get an answer later.
